Moshe, the World Cup is in full swing. And Americans getting a glimpse of Japanese fans and the way that they clean up the stadiums after a match.

**Mosheh Oinounou** (2:30)
Yeah, it's a major cultural thing over there, clean up culture in Japan. There's actually an expression there.
I won't try to say it in Japanese, but the translation is, a bird leaves nothing behind. And so you learn from a very young age, starting in school, to clean up after yourself. In fact, there are many schools in Japan that do not have janitors.
Kids learn to clean up after themselves. And so that's something they carry on into adulthood. If you've ever traveled to Japan, you will notice it is a very clean country. And culturally, there's actually pressure to not litter and not leave garbage anywhere. In fact, in many cases, you're not supposed to eat sort of to-go food on the street. You gotta find a place for it. Finding a garbage can is impossible. There's some security reasons for that as well. But culturally, it's all about cleaning up after yourself. So they carry that over to the athletic field. If you're in the stands, you show up with garbage bags. They have these iconic blue garbage bags that they use to cheer. But then afterwards, they use to clean up after themselves. So this has been something that's been going on for several World Cups going back to the late 90s and has been noticed. But every four years we're like, oh my God, the Japanese fans, they go around and clean up all the various containers and food and well, a bird leaves nothing behind. A Japanese sports fan leaves nothing behind, Jill. And it included actually NFL quarterback, James Winston, joined in on that. So this video of him joining in, helping to clean up the stands after their match in Texas over the weekend.
