One thing we could all agree on, housing is expensive. I personally just went through the process of buying a new home and moving in, which is stressful enough. And that is where BILT comes in. BILT is the membership for where you live, and it rewards you with points on every housing payment, whether you're renting or paying a mortgage. This actually started with rent, and now BILT members can earn points on mortgage payments too.
So now every time you make a payment on your new home, you can earn points and then redeem them for things like flights with partners like United or Hyatt, Lyft rides or purchases on amazon.com. Another part I didn't expect to use as much as I would is the neighborhood concierge. It helps with restaurant reservations, finding new spots nearby, even booking fitness classes, especially helpful when you're new to an area and still figuring things out. It's simple, where you live can do a little more for you. Join the membership for where you live at joinbuilt.com/monews. That is joinbilt.com/monews.
Make sure to use our URL so they know we sent you. It is a more thoughtful way to approach your biggest monthly expense. We're recording today out of our Industrious office in New York City, which is perfect for a team like ours because Industrious takes care of everything, so we can focus on bringing you the news.

**Mosheh Oinounou** (1:17)
Yes, we recently moved to the coworking space Industrious. We have locations around New York and around the world. We have an office in Manhattan. We've also turned one of the offices into a podcast studio where Jill and I record the podcast.

**Jill Wagner** (1:28)
And while we're working on putting it together, I love the snacks. They're complimentary. You've got all day coffee.

**Mosheh Oinounou** (1:35)
They have special treats on a day-to-day basis every morning and every afternoon. Sometimes it basically serves as your breakfast. I've obviously used the office in New York, but whenever I'm on the road, I make sure to look up if there's an Industrious there, so I've used it in DC. I've used it in Indianapolis. It is a great co-working space, and we have a special deal for all of you to check it out and see if it's a place where you just want to work out of individually if you need a break, or if you want to move your office there. Right now, we have a special deal going with Industrious. We're offering 50 percent off for first-time day pass users. If you need a meeting room, if you need office space, or again, just a desk in the open space, head over to mo.news slash Industrious. When you see these beautiful spaces in person, you'll see what we mean. Again, mo.news slash Industrious. Book a tour or use it for the day, 50 percent off.
Hey, everybody. It is Tuesday, June 23rd. You're listening to the Mo News podcast. I'm Mosheh Oinounou.

**Jill Wagner** (2:26)
And I am Jill Wagner. This is the place where we bring you just the facts.

**Mosheh Oinounou** (2:30)
And we read all the news and read between the lines. You don't have to on this palindrome week, Jill.

**Jill Wagner** (2:36)
Yes, that means the date reads the same forwards and backwards.

**Mosheh Oinounou** (2:41)
Right. So today is 06-23-26.

**Jill Wagner** (2:46)
I think, I don't know if you should have put the O in front of the 6

**Mosheh Oinounou** (2:51)
You're right. So yes, 6-23-26, so 6-23-26, anyway, you get the point.
Apparently it's been a thing since Saturday, since we went to the 20th of June, it'll be a thing all week. If you're into fun numbers games, we have that.

**Jill Wagner** (3:08)
Another number.

**Mosheh Oinounou** (3:09)
But another big number is the number 18
And that is the number of goals Lionel Messi, the GOAT, has now scored in World Cup matches. Yesterday he scored two goals. That comes after a game where he scored three goals for his Argentina team. So they have now made it to the round of 32 knockout round. But remarkably, he scored all five goals Argentina has scored so far in these World Cup matches. And now is the all time leader in World Cup history.

**Jill Wagner** (3:38)
Moshe, this is his sixth World Cup and he is going to turn 39 years old this week.

**Mosheh Oinounou** (3:44)
He's playing against guys that technically could be his son right now at the World Cup. So that's one of the more remarkable things though. Though the experts out there, aside from the history of it all and just the remarkable nature of Lionel Messi, say this could be a bad thing for Argentina moving forward here. If they want to get deep into the World Cup, they can't just be depending on one guy, especially as they face the better and better teams to score all their goals. I was watching the match yesterday and he scored the second goal in the 95th minute, so they were already in stoppage time.
