One thing we could all agree on, housing is expensive. I personally just went through the process of buying a new home and moving in, which is stressful enough. And that is where Built comes in. Built is the membership for where you live, and it rewards you with points on every housing payment, whether you're renting or paying a mortgage. This actually started with rent, and now Built members can earn points on mortgage payments too.
So now every time you make a payment on your new home, you can earn points and then redeem them for things like flights with partners like United or Hyatt, Lyft rides or purchases on amazon.com. Another part I didn't expect to use as much as I would is the neighborhood concierge. It helps with restaurant reservations, finding new spots nearby, even booking fitness classes, especially helpful when you're new to an area and still figuring things out. It's simple. Where you live can do a little more for you. Join the membership for where you live at joinbuilt.com/monews. That is joinbuilt.com/monews.
Make sure to use our URL so they know we sent you. It is a more thoughtful way to approach your biggest monthly expense. We're recording today out of our Industrious office in New York City, which is perfect for a team like ours because Industrious takes care of everything. So we can focus on bringing you the news.

Yes, we recently moved to the co-working space Industrious. They have locations around New York and around the world. We have an office in Manhattan. We've also turned one of the offices into a podcast studio where Jill and I record the podcast.

And while we're working on putting it together, I love the snacks. They're complimentary. You've got all day coffee.

They have special treats on a day-to-day basis every morning and every afternoon. Sometimes it basically serves as your breakfast. I've obviously used the office in New York, but whenever I'm on the road, I make sure to look up if there's an Industrious there. So I've used it in DC. I've used it in Indianapolis. It is a great co-working space, and we have a special deal for all of you. I said, check it out and see if it's a place you just want to work out of individually if you need a break, or if you want to move your office there. Right now, we have a special deal going with Industrious. We're offering 50% off for first-time Daypass users. If you need a meeting room, if you need office space, or again, just a desk in the open space, head over to mo.news slash Industrious. When you see these beautiful spaces in person, you'll see what we mean. Again, mo.news slash Industrious. Book a tour or use it for the day, 50% off.
Hey everybody, it is Friday, June 26th. Welcome to the Mo News podcast. I'm Moshe Oinounou. And this, of course, is the place where we bring you just the facts and we read all the news and read between the lines so you don't have to. A heads up that Jill is off today. She'll be back next week. And as we get started here with a Friday edition of the pod, just want to note a major headline, a historic headline, you could say, out of London where King Charles has announced he will not be moving into Buckingham Palace. There's a major renovation happening of Buckingham Palace. That has been the home to the royal in the UK since Queen Victoria 200 years ago. But King Charles, as his renovation has been going on, has remained at Clarence House where he was living while his mother was queen. And the speculation was, well, of course, he'll move into Buckingham Palace, though he announced yesterday he will not be moving in. It will remain a place where they'll have ceremonies and various royal functions, but not the home of the royal. So as you may visit London in the future, keep that in mind as you visit Buckingham Palace.
One big question people have is, when his son, William, becomes king, will he restore that tradition or will he also live somewhere else as king? I know there are a number of you who are interested in All Things Royal, so I thought that was noteworthy as we begin this Friday. But let's start with the headlines here. We're watching the Supreme Court right now, where they handed down a number of major decisions on Thursday, including giving President Trump two big victories on immigration. We'll break down those decisions as well as decisions on gun rights and the lawsuits around the Weedkiller Roundup, what the Supreme Court said about them and the cases we expect they will announce their rulings on next week. Then to Venezuela, where rescue crews are racing against the clock after two massive earthquakes late on Wednesday night, where the 200 people are confirmed dead, though thousands are missing and fear dead. A new study out on political bias and AI platforms, which is testing on the most popular models, reveals which models lean furthest to the left, which lean furthest to the right, which one is giving you the most balance in their responses. Turns out there's a pretty big difference. We'll break it down. As we head into America's 250th birthday on July 4th, a time capsule has been finalized. All 50 states submitting items to a time capsule. It'll be open 250 years from now. We'll tell you what's inside it and what was rejected. In some entertainment news, we are getting new clues about Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's big wedding day at Madison Square Garden. Yes, the arena in New York City. What we have learned so far. And I'll end with our weekly segment. Cheers to the freaking weekend. What I will be watching, reading, and eating this weekend.
