You know what's wild? Most people are still overpaying for car insurance, just because it's a pain to switch. That's why there's Jerry. Jerry is the only app that compares rates for over 50 insurers in minutes, and it helps you switch fast with no spam calls or hidden fees. Drivers who save with Jerry could save over $1,300 a year.
Before you renew your car insurance policy, do yourself a favor. Download the Jerry app or head to jerry.ai/wire.

The first ever midterm Republican National Convention kicks off with President Trump as the headliner.
John Bickley (0:38)
We talk to our team on the ground there for the event.
Georgia Howe (0:40)
I'm Georgia Howe with Daily Wire executive editor John Bickley. It's Thursday, September 10th, and this is Morning Wire.
John Bickley (0:54)
The Lindsay Clancy jurors make the media rounds revealing what went on behind the scenes and sparking yet more controversy.
SPEAKER_4 (1:01)
Not sure if rogue is the right word, Sue. But he had the hardest time getting off the fact that Lindsay viciously killed her children.
John Bickley (1:08)
Meanwhile, her attorney is now trying to get the entire case dismissed.
Georgia Howe (1:13)
And the one-year memorial for Charlie Kirk takes place today on the campus where he was killed. We look at his legacy and the growth of the organization he founded.
SPEAKER_5 (1:22)
Life goes by like this. And I don't want to live as a coward.
Frank Turek (1:26)
I don't want that for you either.
John Bickley (1:28)
Thanks for waking up with Morning Wire. Stay tuned. We have the news you need to know.
Georgia Howe (1:34)
The Republican National Convention kicked off yesterday in Dallas with President Trump closing out the night.
John Bickley (1:40)
Joining us from the event is our White House correspondent, Mary Margaret Olohan. Thanks for coming on.
Mary Margaret Olohan (1:44)
Thanks for having me.
John Bickley (1:46)
So we're a little jealous here because you guys get to be at the Daily Wire's bar and see, but we're stuck here in the studio. So first, set the scene for us. You know, how has it been so far? How's the energy?
What's the mood like on the ground?
Mary Margaret Olohan (1:59)
Well, it is very high energy here in Dallas. It is, first of all, very, very, very hot. The past couple of days, it has been, I think, 100 degrees both days, and the security here is insane. So to get into the event alone, you have to walk pretty far, take a lot of different media routes. I'm seeing some of the Secret Service guys I normally see at the White House who are here. It is a very secure event because, of course, the president and the vice president are both here, but then all kinds of people that I typically see in DC, politicians, commentators, media, you name it, and they're all coming in and out of our Daily Wire, RNC event where we can host a lot of our programming and on different shows and it's a lot of fun.
John Bickley (2:39)
Are you guys keeping it under control there at the RNC?
Mary Margaret Olohan (2:42)
We're trying. I think the tagline is to drink conservatively.
Georgia Howe (2:47)
Now, President Trump has been for the past week really hyping up this event and he ended up headlining on Wednesday. Tell us about his remarks.
Mary Margaret Olohan (2:54)
In the lead up to the RNC convention, we were expecting to hear from President Donald Trump on a lot of the progress that he's made throughout his administration so far, whether it's the border, peace in different nations around the world, the war with Iran, different initiatives that he has scheduled in the United States and focused on.
We expected to hear him contrast the progress that the United States has made since he took office to the extremism of some Democrats, especially Democrat socialists and more radical Democrats like Ocasio-Cortez. He did get into this a bit. Here's what he had to say on that point.
SPEAKER_8 (3:27)
They call themselves Democrat socialists, but actually they're communists, they're not socialists. They're long beyond socialists.
A vote for any Democrat this year, anywhere in the countries, they vote to let a small and dangerous group of extremists hold our Congress and our country hostage. If they win, every bill becomes a ransom negotiation.
Mary Margaret Olohan (3:52)
Here's some other highlights from his comments last night.
SPEAKER_8 (3:55)
If the Republicans win the House of Representatives and the United States Senate, both of them, because of our economic, tremendous economic success, I will issue a dividend to every adult citizen in the United States of America for $5,000.
