**Branson Quirk** (0:38)
Hey, welcome to The TMZ Podcast. I'm Branson Quirk.
**Courtney Doucette** (0:41)
I'm Courtney Doucette.
**Branson Quirk** (0:42)
Yeah, you got to introduce yourself.
**SPEAKER_1** (0:44)
I know, I do that now.
**Branson Quirk** (0:45)
I don't lift them for around here.
**Courtney Doucette** (0:47)
I don't know, last time that you filled in, you did it because you said that you were playing the role of Deven.
**Branson Quirk** (0:50)
Well, I felt bad. By the way, you got to get that mic a little closer, you know, like this.
**Courtney Doucette** (0:54)
Oh my god, so needy this morning.
**Branson Quirk** (0:55)
Well, you know, I'm producing it as we go here, on the stand here. Deven is busy, there's a lot of news breaking.
**Courtney Doucette** (1:00)
Obviously, with the Tiger Woods story.
**Branson Quirk** (1:02)
Tiger Woods, back in the news, and lost his license for five years.
**Courtney Doucette** (1:07)
Yes, he can't even drive a golf cart.
**Branson Quirk** (1:10)
Allegedly.
**Courtney Doucette** (1:11)
Well, in the state of Florida, a golf cart is considered a motor vehicle. Got you. And the judge was saying on the stand, you're not allowed to drive under any circumstances, at any point. So we're taking that as, they see that as a motor vehicle. You're probably not allowed to drive a golf cart either.
**Branson Quirk** (1:25)
Yeah. Play it safe. Play it safe. We're also going to talk about the Tupac prosecutor who is not ruling out charging Diddy, but at the time, there is no evidence to arrest anybody else in that case, but it could happen.
**Courtney Doucette** (1:40)
It could happen.
**Branson Quirk** (1:40)
It could happen. It could happen if they find something. That would suck if he got out of jail and then went right back to court again for something else.
**Courtney Doucette** (1:47)
Not if he murdered someone, Brandon. I feel like he would pretty be.
**Branson Quirk** (1:49)
I mean, it would suck for him.
That's not a lie. No, I'm not saying it's right.
**Courtney Doucette** (1:53)
I mean, it would have been very helpful if they would have caught him years ago, then none of this stuff would have happened.
**Branson Quirk** (1:57)
I know. It's crazy how long this has taken.
**Courtney Doucette** (1:58)
Yes.
**Branson Quirk** (1:59)
And then finally, we will talk about the Wheel of Fortune announcer, Jim Thornton, who is being investigated and not just investigated. His role is being recast on the show.
**Courtney Doucette** (2:11)
Yeah, he's suspended and in the meantime, they're looking for someone new.
**Branson Quirk** (2:14)
I know that sounds serious, very much so.
Okay, starting off, Tiger Woods has pled guilty. He was in court. He pled guilty to reckless driving and refusal to submit to a lawful test. In the case, stemming from his March rollover crash, if you don't remember, he rolled the car.
**Courtney Doucette** (2:31)
It was terrible.
**Branson Quirk** (2:32)
It was horrible, horrible scene. A couple of videos came out of that where he was on the phone with Donald Trump.
**Courtney Doucette** (2:37)
Yeah, so it was like, sorry, I'm talking to the president. And they found pills in his pocket.
**Branson Quirk** (2:42)
Right.
**Courtney Doucette** (2:43)
The body cam didn't look great for him. He looked like he was impaired. And obviously he was because he pled guilty. And he has to pay a $1,000 fine.
**Branson Quirk** (2:51)
$1,000?
It should be, I think I'm a fan of it being adjusted for fame and wealth. So Tiger Woods being probably almost a billionaire, the fine should be adjusted to what $1,000 would feel like for someone like you and I, right?
**Courtney Doucette** (3:07)
I mean, the law is the law. You can't change the law based on who you are.
**Branson Quirk** (3:11)
Like $1,000 for him could be like $200,000.
**Courtney Doucette** (3:13)
Yeah, but just think, he would actually probably pay way more to this to not have his license suspended for five years.
**Branson Quirk** (3:18)
Can you imagine?
**Courtney Doucette** (3:19)
And luckily he's not doing that because he should not be on the road.
**Branson Quirk** (3:21)
