He misrepresented evidence about the virus' origin, protected research networks tied to Peter Dauzak and ecohealth, and helped distribute public money in ways that rewarded loyal support. Francis Collins was part of this effort too.
And what about the scientists who challenged the prevailing line? Scott Atlas, Jay Bhattacharya, Martin Koldorf. They argued for focused protection, questioned mask mandates, pushed to keep schools open. They were smeared as fringe despite being ultimately proven right.
