SpaceX pulls off the biggest IPO in history, and AI agents can now trade crypto on your Coinbase account. This is CoinDesk Daily.

SpaceX priced its IPO at $135 a share, raising $75 billion and making it the largest in history, more than doubling Saudi Aramco's 2019 record. The company begins trading on Nasdaq today, under the ticker SPCX, and at roughly a $1.8 trillion valuation.

SpaceX holds 18,712 Bitcoin, worth about $1.2 billion, giving anyone who buys SpaceX indirect BTC exposure from day one. BlackRock filed for its Bitcoin income ETF under the ticker BITA. Analysts expect the fund to debut June 18 It earns income by selling call options on iBit at a 0.65% fee that undercuts rivals. Goldman Sachs has a similar product due out around July 1st. And finally, Coinbase launched Coinbase for Agents, letting AI systems like ChatGPT and Cloud connect to users' accounts and execute trades. At launch, Agents can trade spot crypto and derivatives and make micro-payments through X402.
