Folks, welcome back to another game filled edition of Select Start, the video game podcast for ACMG presents TALK TIME LIVE and TALKTIMELIVECOM. I am your host, Xavier Josiah, and when I say we have a loaded amount of news for you today, I mean, it is extremely loaded. It was only supposed to be about like this whole segment was going to talk about Nintendo Direct because they have so much information and announcements made at that event that it was going to probably take up an entire segment. And I was trying to keep it that and then all of a sudden news about Hideo Kojima game Fizzin is now being moved to Xbox and they're no longer and they're distancing themselves with that project. And then the iPhone Duo pops up. And the reason why we're even going to talk about that, because it has, quote unquote, a lot of gaming capabilities to it. So we're going to talk about all that and then give my review of Onimusha Way of the Sword, because I would be remiss not to talk about that game. A game that is arguably possibly the game of the year, if not a huge runner up for game of the year. Capcom is Capcom once again. Let's just say that. And I can't wait to talk about the game, because that game proves what I spoke about a few weeks ago regarding Souls, Souls like games. And I think this game may have proved my point about this whole entire thing. So we'll discuss that in our final stage segment. But before we do any of this, I mean, I would be remiss if I didn't bring up today is, in fact, September 11th. And what a day, 25 years later. There's a lot to say about that. And I won't go into too much detail because, you know, it's a format, but we got to talk about it. We got to talk about it. And first and foremost, thoughts, hearts and prayers to the families of the victims of that day. Thoughts, hearts and prayers to the survivors of that day. Thoughts, hearts and prayers to the first responders of that day, the ones who have survived it, the ones who have saved and the ones that didn't make it through trying to help others.

Before the pandemic, before any of this, 9-Eleven was the punch in the jaw that this country has had, that it impacted us forever. If you guys, and it's 25 years later, like that, you know, there are now, you know, full grown young adults who may have not even been around when that has, when that happened. And if only you guys knew how this country was in terms of its ideology, how we treated each other, how things were, if you understood how great this country was back then, in a sense, and it wasn't like perfect by any stretch, but when you compare to today, way better, way better. I mean, we, we still had to fight for opportunities and all this stuff, but the energy and all this stuff, it just, it wasn't like this. But when we got hit, it really changed a lot of how we look at things. I mean, we become even more insecure mentally because we didn't know what to believe, who to believe, who to trust and stuff like that. And it did a lot to, it did a lot, because we were at that time before that, we really felt like we were the, you know, the most powerful country in the world. And then you got sucker punch. And I don't know if you or any of you guys ever been in a fight or ever felt like you got sucker punched before and hit in the jaw or whatever like that. I can tell you, it does something to you. Even if you come out of it, if you come out of it winning or whatever, you still feel the effects of that hit.
