All the keys were stored on one machine, and one breach was enough to clear the approval threshold. The attacker drained 140 million H-tokens on one chain and minted 200 million new ones on the other. And Circle has launched SirBTC, taking on Coinbase and BitGo in the Synthetic BTC market.
