Live in Texas, so I know what it's like to get really hot, especially at night. And I'm also in perimenopause, which does not help. Sleeping hot is miserable, and the wrong sheets just trap the heat. But Boll and Branch is the cool side of the pillow, everywhere. Their summer bedding is breathable, lightweight, and designed to keep you cool all night long. Between managing my law practice and recording this podcast, a good night's sleep is absolutely non-negotiable. I use Boll and Branch's 100% organic cotton sheets and I will never go back to regular bedding. The cooling is structural, woven right into the fabric for actual airflow.

The moment you get into bed, you feel the incredible softness and they somehow get softer with every wash. So upgrade your sleep with Boll and Branch. Get 15% off your first order plus free shipping at bollandbranch.com/docket with code docket. That's Boll and Branch, B-O-L-L-A-N-D, branch.com/docket with code docket to unlock 15% off. That's why I was excited to discover GU, spelled J-I-Y-U and pronounced G-U. GU changes that. They've taken the most effective innovations in Korean skincare and combined them into simple, affordable products that are easy to use and actually fit into your daily routine. They're best selling rejuvenation toner pads. Pack an entire Korean skincare routine into a single swipe. Every pad is saturated with clinically backed actives like niaminoside, peptides, and hyaluronic acid. It takes literally seconds a day and for a limited time, GU is having a crazy deal for our listeners. We saw Gizelle's very close to him or was very close to him. It doesn't make sense that he wouldn't leave something for her.

Angela Angotti (2:13)

You're grieving your father and then trying to wrap your mind around the fact that he didn't leave you anything. It does seem odd.

Cesie Alvarez (2:20)

Angela Angotti (2:38)

Let's get into today's case.

Cesie Alvarez (2:42)

Hey, everyone. Welcome back to The Bravo Docket. We are continuing our series on Ultimate Girls Trip, Roaring 20s, covering the legal issues of the participants of the show.

The main participants, not everyone, because if it was everyone, we'd be doing an entire recap of our entire podcast. But no, so this is just covering the main representatives of each franchise. Today, we'll be covering Gizelle, who we have not covered before. So this is new. And then we will be revisiting Luanne. And with Gizelle, it's the issue with her father's estate and the will, which was a storyline of hers on the show, arguably one of the first personal storylines that she's given us. On the show, she doesn't really like to let people in that much. There's a lot of information in here that I didn't even know about, like the fact that she has a stepmother, someone who has married her father for the past 20 years that she doesn't get along with. That was something I didn't know and wouldn't have known if not for this will dispute. All right, so let's dive in with who this involves. Obviously, it involves Gizelle and her father. Her father sadly passed away on July 26, 2023, and Bravo actually did a really lovely write up on who he was.

So I wanted to read from that because he is just such a notable and historic figure.

Angela Angotti (4:06)

Yeah, I loved the episode on Potomac where she took them around New Orleans, and he was part of their tour guide. He seemed like such a charismatic, charming person.

Cesie Alvarez (4:15)

Agreed. I remember, I think it was Candice saying he was such a good looking man, and he said, I know.

Angela Angotti (4:21)

You could tell also a lot of similarities between Gizelle with the big personality and being able to work her broom and being charming.
