A group of seven Senate Democrats said the bill still falls short on ethics, consumer protection and illicit finance. It needs 60 votes to advance and the Senate leaves a recess on August 7th. Crypto-friendly digital bank Revolut has been valued at $115 billion in a secondary share sale. That's a 53% jump in under a year, making Revolut the most valuable private company in Europe. Revolut's app lets users trade more than 200 tokens, and the firm has floated a valuation as high as $200 billion in a future IPO.
