This podcast is brought to you by Podcast Nation. So that's legal, legal, legal, legal, legal for this is a gray area. And I will have to say after reading this and reading pleadings from other claims made against PK, I think where PK really thrives is a gray area.

**Cesie** (0:21)
Is he not the embodiment of a gray area? He's like one big walking question mark to me.

**Angela** (0:30)
I know, it's fascinating.

**Cesie** (0:43)

Whether you're here for the facts, fun, or just some Law 101, let's get into today's case.
Welcome back, everyone. We are continuing our discussion on PK. We're finally diving into the actual legal meat of PK and his lawsuits. Before we dive into that, let's catch up a little. I wanted to start by sharing this clip that I thought portrayed how it feels to attend a legal proceeding as someone that doesn't have a legal education. I watched the show. It was a limited series on Netflix called Made. I watched it recently. I think it came out in 2021 I'm very late to the game, but just finished watching it. And there was a scene where the star of the show or the protagonist has to attend an emergency custody hearing. And she's not legally educated. She didn't even know this was going on. She's just told, hey, you have to show up in court. And I thought it did a really good job at, you know, portraying the confusion one has.

Since we were unable to reach Ms. Russell, we will serve her at this time.

**Cesie** (2:02)
Granted.

**Angela** (2:04)
So served. Your honor, Ms. Russell has failed to legal, legal, legal.

**Cesie** (2:10)
And she's legally legal.

**Angela** (2:12)
We ask the court to legal, legal, legal.

**Cesie** (2:14)
I see. And that's legal, legal.

**Angela** (2:15)
Very legal, legal, legal.

**Cesie** (2:18)
Ms. Russell.

**Angela** (2:21)
I'm sorry, Judge. I don't understand.

**Cesie** (2:22)
Commissioner.

**Angela** (2:23)
I'm not a judge.

**Cesie** (2:24)
I'm court commissioner. And I asked you what your plan is. All right. So it continues on and opposing counsel continues to legal, legal with the commissioner. And she doesn't understand what's happening and loses temporary custody.

**Angela** (2:38)
Oh, terrifying.

**Cesie** (2:41)
Anything new with you?

**Angela** (2:42)
I competed with Hiccup and we did really well. So I'm excited to move up and jump higher. He was such a good boy. It's so fun in all the videos when I see him. He goes into the show ring and he's so excited to be there and his ears prick up and he lifts up his tail and he's like, I'm doing my job. It's so cute. That's the best part about it is having the partnership with your horse. And I just had a really good time.

**Cesie** (3:07)
So I have been out of town a lot, which is part of the reason I've been busy. Like work is busy. But then I feel like March every year is one of the busiest months of the year. And it's funny because Avery has thought about this question a lot and I have not. But basically he's like, what is your favorite month of the year and what is your least favorite month? And he likes to rank them. And I've never thought about it much until this month of March. And I think March is one of my least favorite months, just because it's so far away from the holidays. It's when things are picking up. You don't really have an excuse to not be on top of your A game. And then for me at least, I have so many birthdays that occur in the month of March that I'm like spread very thin between my mom, my best friend, other best friends. And that isn't to say I don't love to celebrate them, but everything seems to fall in March. So, oh, that being said, I was gone last weekend for a wedding, the weekend prior for a birthday. Next weekend, I'm going on a girls trip, which I know is voluntary, but it's one of those busy months.

**Angela** (4:09)
It's a lot of traveling.

**Cesie** (4:10)
It's a lot of travel. So this is one of my first weekends home and I've gotten so much done. It feels amazing. Hung up three shelves behind me. You can't see them, but I feel very accomplished. They've been sitting there on my floor.
