And we have the Germans to thank for bringing us the hot dog in the 19th century, the Frankfurter. Or is it from Frankfurt, Germany, or the Wiener from Vienna? A couple of origin cities there for the modern day hot dog.

Well, staying in Europe, some huge news. Spain has defeated France to Zip on Tuesday, making it to the final in the World Cup. France was the overall number one team and was favored to win it all, including on the Cal-She prediction market.

Yeah, everyone was betting on France. Remember, France won it all in 2018 It made the final again in 2022, though it went out to Argentina last time. So a lot of expectations with that very loaded team that they would make the final again in Spain, pulling off a huge upset there yesterday. Spain now favored to win it all.

So England and Argentina played this afternoon. Whoever wins will face off against Spain. And Mosheh and other World Cup news. Fan favorite Erling Haaland from the Norway team has returned to Norway and he was photographed walking out of the plane holding a raccoon and an empty bottle of booze. Turns out it was not a live raccoon even though it looked like it.

No, it was a taxidermy raccoon. The first clue was that said raccoon didn't move and was like standing on its legs there. Internet sleuths looked into it. And Holland is not just popular here in the US and online, Jill. There's a story out of Peru that he's got a whole bunch of fans and Erling Holland has become a popular baby name in Peru.

Well, either way, we've got another big game this afternoon in the World Cup between England and Argentina. So we'll be watching that. All right, time for the headlines in the aftermath of the latest ice shooting, a major policy change for ice agents across the US. Two deaths in just a few days, one in Maine and one in Texas. To the economy, we heard from the new Fed Chair, Kevin Barsh, about his goal when it comes to inflation. As new numbers show that price increases slowed in June.
