We have an update on what happened with Perez Hilton, courtesy of his brother-in-law who went on his podcast and spoke a little more about details that we didn't previously know. So we will play the sound bite of him talking about that. Brian Hickerson's sister now has spoken out and is kind of explaining why, for all the people who think why Hayden kept going back to Brian, she kind of shed some light on why she believes they kept rekindling their romance. And then finally, Jelly Roll called the president of the United States fat.

Yeah, it was good. Yeah, Jelly Roll was, what was it, Jimmy Kimmel that he was stepping in for?

**Courtney Doucette** (1:23)
It's very weird to see him in a suit, though.

**Deven Rall** (1:26)
Yeah, I haven't seen it.

**Courtney Doucette** (1:27)
I saw the headlines. And like his like fresh, like new teeth.

Yeah.

OK, so obviously a pretty serious story. Perez Hilton. We haven't really heard much in a while. We know they've released a few statements the family has. His sister spoke out in like a long interview.

**Courtney Doucette** (1:48)
Yeah.
And we know that she got to talk to him, that his mom also talked to him and that he was like staying a little bit longer. Not really like in death about anything.

**Deven Rall** (1:56)
Yeah. Obviously, that he was still in the hospital with not only the physical treatment for all the cuts and stuff that he did to himself, but also obviously being held for mental evaluation. So now-

But it was way more serious than what we thought. Yeah.

**Deven Rall** (2:11)
So his brother-in-law, Tom, went on the Perez Hilton podcast with Chris Booker, and they released an episode. I think this is the first one since the live stream that they released. And this is what Tom had to say.

**Tom** (2:23)
The actual healing or digging into what caused this mental break, as I called it, hasn't been discovered completely yet. I don't know if it will ever be. I don't know.
I've heard people suggest sepsis psychosis. I don't know if that's the case, and I don't honestly know. I'm not a doctor. I can't tell you how they actually even diagnosed that. If it's a theory that they just say, hey, this is plausible, or if there's something they can specifically look and test for inflammation of brain tissue. I have no idea. That's my wheelhouse.

**Chris Booker** (2:52)
You mentioned the cuts, which were obvious. You could see that if you were unfortunate enough to see any of the feed, and you mentioned some falls. Was there any damage done from the falls?

**Tom** (3:03)
Yeah, there was some broken bones. There was some other things unrelated discovered during this, stemming all the way back from his sepsis that needed to continue treatment on.
I think hopefully, like I said, hopefully, it's Mario that can go into details at some point.

**Chris Booker** (3:18)
You've spoken with him. His sister's obviously spoken with him. Does he understand what has happened? Is he lucid? Is he like he was before? What is his state of mind at the moment? Because we haven't heard anything from him, and clearly he's still in the hospital dealing with a lot of issues that are even unrelated to the break. Was he scared? Did he know what he'd done?

**Tom** (3:43)
I didn't dig into that when I've spoken to him too much because I didn't want to trigger any anxiety for him.

**Deven Rall** (3:48)
Yeah, so I mean, it doesn't sound, I mean, the broken bones thing, I don't know how exactly he fell, but I guess he was in some type of manic state, so it kind of makes sense.
