Okay, cool. So really heavy news this morning that we'll get into. So we're back on the Nolan Wells investigation. So it was determined no criminal charges are going to be filed, and the death was ruled consistent with the drowning. So obviously Ben Crump is not very happy about that. So we'll get into what they said about the investigation, as well as his comments. It actually literally just broke what?

Hayden Panettiere, her cause of death, was revealed by the coroner out in South Carolina. They revealed what the toxicology report said and what was found in her system and ultimately what killed her. So we will get into that. And then finally, to continue on the trend of very kind of upsetting news, we'll get into some updates we have on the Presley Gerber situation. We obviously broke a lot of stories on the website yesterday about the circumstances of his death. And basically, we'll talk a little bit about basically what his state was going into this rehab facility. Yeah, you guys talked to someone about it. That was...

Going into this rehab in Santa Monica. Okay. So Nolan Wells. So everyone's been waiting for answers.

Courtney (3:01)

He's gotta keep waiting, stop just speculating.

Deven (3:04)

Yeah, let the investigation play its course. And they finally released some findings last night.

So his death was determined to be consistent with drowning, is what the state medical examiner is saying. And this is the thing that's gonna trigger a lot of people, is that they ultimately ruled his manner of death undetermined.

Courtney (3:28)

Yes, I know.

Deven (3:29)

So they didn't have enough evidence clearly to determine what actually killed him, which is gonna leave everyone wondering.

Courtney (3:39)

Well, there's a lot of questions still unanswered.

Deven (3:40)

Tons of questions. And also what was revealed was that we had talked about this grand jury had convened and they'd been meeting for months, looking over the evidence.

Courtney (3:51)

It was 13 men and 10 women. That's a big grand jury.

Deven (3:54)

It's a big jury. And they started on April 20th, and now what, it's September. So, I mean, they've been going over this for quite some time, and they concluded he didn't have cocaine in his system. That was a bunch of rumors. And ultimately that the bruising that was found on the back of his neck that Ben Crump, when they had that big press conference revealed that it was not considered consistent with like a fatal injury.

No. Well, even Ben Crump, when he gave his press conference, he said that that on the back of the head might also just be from you laying on.
