You might be listening to this while you're working out or on a walk. We got some new insight into how Tom Holland, aka Peter Parker in The Summer Spider-Man, stays in such good shape. He told Men's Health that when he is short on time, he does an intensive 20-minute CrossFit workout. It is known as the Cindy workout.

Yeah, CrossFit has a lot of names for various workouts there. The regimen for the Cindy workout, simple, he says. Repeat five pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 squats as many times as you can in 20 minutes. Again, rotating five pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 squats as many times as you can in 20 minutes. Holland says his record is 27 rounds of those three exercises. That adds up to, in 20 minutes, folks, 135 pull-ups, 270 push-ups and 405 squats.

The push-ups and the squats I could potentially do, the pull-ups would be a serious problem for me. But CrossFit says that there are modifications that you could do. You could also do fewer repetitions and it is still effective.

I know CrossFit was getting a lot of buzz like a decade ago, Jill, and I definitely had a lot of friends who were doing it at the time, and I guess it continues.

In fairness, he did this interview a while ago, but it has resurfaced and gone viral. So now everybody is talking about it.

So CrossFit is still around, no insult to those who are still CrossFitting, rolling tires down the street, whatever you guys do over there at CrossFit these days.

I feel like you're going to hear from some CrossFit people.

But no, listen, I've also seen the people, the results of people on CrossFit, it's very impressive.

All right, let's get to some headlines here. Potentially groundbreaking new way to treat cancer. Late stage trials show a new mRNA vaccine could prevent melanoma from returning. Flashbacks to President Trump's first term. He said on Wednesday he's going to meet North Korea's Kim Jong Un possibly later this year.

It has apparently become a dating site despite its no-romance rules. I don't know if any of you have been engaged in this one way or another, reaching out to folks or gotten some of that outrage.

All right, a potential breakthrough when it comes to treating cancer. Moderna and Merck announced Wednesday that their personalized experimental vaccine, taken along with a well-known cancer drug, has succeeded in its first ever late stage trials for skin cancer. The vaccine uses the same type of mRNA technology that's used in their COVID vaccines. The study is ongoing. It looked at more than 1,100 patients with higher risk or advanced melanoma. Early results have found that the new treatment in combination with Merck's immunotherapy called Ketruda met its main goal of extending the time that patients lived without their melanoma returning, and met its secondary goal, which was to reduce the risk of the cancer spreading to other parts of the body. Melanoma is the deadliest form of skin cancer, with more than 112,000 new diagnoses expected this year. While this study only looked at skin cancer, versions of the treatment are also being studied in other types of cancer, including lung, kidney, and bladder cancers.
