I am patriotic out of the blue here. It's my typical, well, not typical, I just got it for this World Cup, but it's a white polo shirt. One sleeve is the Navy blue background with the white stars. The other sleeve is the red and white stripes.
I've got my American Outlaws bandana around my neck, and another one around my head is a headband to catch the sweat because I've been running this morning.

I love it. I love it, especially the headband.
You look like you ought to be on the stage, like performing red, white, and blue with Leonard Skinner or something. That is awesome. Love it. Awesome. Well, what time today?

Kickoff will be at 7 o'clock on Fox, USA, taking on Bosnia and Herzegovina. It's a knockout round match, the round of 32, win or go home. And for a little context, the US Men's National Team has only ever won one knockout round matchup in our history. That was back in 2002 against Mexico in the round of 16
This tournament has expanded, so there's a round of 32 before you get to the round of 16
So you would think if we could get to the round of 16, the last several World Cups that we attended, we could get through Bosnia and Herzegovina. And that's the way it looks on paper, but you don't play the match on paper. You don't roll dice and check out statistics and make plays like that. It's not randomized that way. It's all down to the players on the pitch. And I believe that we have the players to succeed. I think we have all of our players healthy and ready to go. They got rested for the last group stage match. Pulisic, one of our stars, got to come in and shake the rust off after getting injured in the first match. He looks good to go, ready to go. But yeah, it kicks off at 7 I think the pregame starts tonight at 5
But you don't have to miss any of our shows here on SuperTalk Mississippi. We'll have Sports Talk Mississippi running right up till 6 And then Thunder and Lightning Live with Brian Haydad from 6 to 7 I'll be right here in this seat, wearing the same outfit, running the board for Haydad. And then the second Thunder and Lightning is off the air. I'm going to go sit in that seat and watch on that TV so I don't miss any of the match, at least the first half. Love it. If I had to give a score prediction, I don't think it's going to be as much of a runaway match as we saw in the match against Paraguay. I don't think we'll dominate like we did against Australia. I think it'll be much closer to Turkey, but we'll have our best players on the field, unlike the backups like we had against Turkey. If I had to pick a score line, I would say could be as low scoring as one to nothing, one nil with the US coming out on top. I'd much rather it be two nil, three nil, three ones, something like that. That'd be a lot less nerve wracking. And I'm just fingers crossed, hoping and praying, knocking on all the wood that we don't have to go to penalties because I don't know if Mark can take it.

So I'm gonna go ahead out on the limb here and make a prediction that the American team prevails because it's the 250th birthday of the country. It's July 4th. Fate is on our side, right? It's time to make history.

Fate is indeed on our side. The 250th birthday of this great country coming up this Saturday. Some states have elected not to participate in the Great American State Fair. Ten, to be exact. We listed those for you yesterday. But this is once again about Donald Trump. It's sad that they're obsessed with this and that this is all some form of defiance of him.
