Well, let's start off with McKenna West and-

You know, I feel like at this point, you know, money is obviously going to get involved, because now there's legal fees involved. And this case is, I feel like, I feel like this is a case that's like prime for the Supreme Court.

And we'll see if it gets there, but you know, obviously, you know, McKenna refused to terminate the pregnancy, traveled to Texas to give birth.
And now, yeah, I don't know that she, you know, she questions McKenna's ability to care for the baby, the biological parents do. In the new filing, they challenge McKenna's argument that she should care for the child. They describe her as unwed, unemployed, a mother of two small children and having no health insurance.

And I don't blame them. I feel like, I mean, that's kind of fair. They're kind of saying they're in a better position to care for the child, which she calls Gabriel. They have named the child Rumi, so it's just a big...

Oh, this quote is pretty crazy.
Their filing asks why McKenna has failed to explain why an unwed, unemployed mother of two small children with no health insurance who was using these facts to support her online fundraising website is in a better position to care for Rumi than his married biological parents who are desperately trying to focus on their critically ill child. So that's kind of, one of the details is kind of getting muddled in this whole case is the case is about this woman, the biological parents decided they wanted to terminate the baby because it had a birth defect. The woman went to Texas, she gave birth to the child against the parents' wishes. Now the parents are like, okay, well, we'll take the baby, it's our baby.

Yeah, they want their kid.

So that's like, that's separate from the issue now. It's like, okay, well, now it's their kid. So now like, you know, they obviously didn't get the first part done. So now they want the baby back.
McKenna denies child support claim, specifically denies that she is asking the parents for child support. Her attorney says the biological parents are basing their allegation off a draft in a document that was never actually filed with the court. McKenna's lawyer described it as never filed, mistakenly circulated, and quickly retracted initial draft. The draft does not say anything about child, her legal team further argues the draft does not say anything about child support. It just says support.
Maybe that's for flight to another state. Who knows? But what McKenna says she is actually seeking is temporary court orders concerning the baby. She says the purpose is to make sure the child receives the life-sustaining care he needs. McKenna therefore disputes the biological parents characterization that her legal action is an attempt to obtain child support payments from them. So she's saying she wants to use it to make sure the baby is covered.

No. 49ers owner Jed York allegedly arranged for $140 sex encounter before a prostitution arrest. So this happened in Ohio yesterday. San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York was arrested for suspicion of engaging in prostitution after allegedly arranging to pay a woman $140 for sexual activity.
