Hey, everyone, welcome back to The Bravo Docket. On The Docket today, we are continuing our coverage of the Love Is Blind lawsuits, where the participants are suing production, and by virtue of them being an interested third party, Netflix. Yeah, I know some people get upset when we're not covering Housewives, but we really want to just close this out, tie an eat bow on it, until the next decision, which is probably going to be the government body decision. What was it called again? The...

Oh, the NLRB, the National Labor Relations Board.

**Cesie** (1:14)
Yeah, so I think that will be the next decision, but I imagine that won't be for a while. So until then, we want to close out this chapter, this reality television show, and then we can move on. I also am just like, there aren't big lawsuits going on in the Housewives universe right now. There are little things, little things that we've heard of and picked up on, like Lenny being sued, I think, for sexual harassment.
That's where my memory ends.

You realize what you just did. The last time we said that, there were three huge lawsuits and like a criminal case that got filed immediately after that, and then we were drowning in content from Bravo.

There's nothing. Please. Roni, did you see the premiere? The premiere came out today. I think it's going to be a really good season. I'm talking about Rhode Island. There was a blind that says that someone from Rhode Island is going to be arrested. One of the wives.

I know. And the rumor is that it's Liz because of her connection to...

**Cesie** (2:20)
No, it said not Liz. Oh. It said someone named not Liz. It was funny how they worded it. Is it going to be Bryan? Someone named not Liz.
No, they said it's a housewife. A housewife not named Liz on Rhode Island is going to be arrested. Oh.
Yeah. Not Liz. Liz is... I don't want to say obvious, but...

I had seen the rumors about her because of the association with the ongoings or whatever.
But I don't know. I have no idea about that. We should ask the psychic. I still want to know who that psychic was, Rula and Bryan's psychic.

**Cesie** (2:53)
I don't think the psychic has the ability to foresee who it is, but just based on the information that is shared with her, I think she would know. Not because of her abilities.

I don't think we talk about this very much on the pod, but we have a TikTok account. I think most of the people that listen to us know that we have an Instagram account. But Cesie's been posting really great TikToks that look super professional and have great information. I'm learning still how to do it, but I have a video series now. I talked a little bit about it at the end of the last episode, which is something I've been wanting to do since we started the podcast, where I'm teaching people how to identify and defeat logical fallacies and rhetorical flaws and arguments by watching reality TV. And I was so annoyed with the Summer House season 10 reunion that I was finally inspired to actually do it. I've got three episodes out now explaining what a straw man argument is, explaining a dilemma, and then analyzing Amanda's tactics as a whole.
And I just wanted to talk a little bit about the next video I'm working on, because it's analyzing West's tactics.
And his tactics are not really classic rhetorical flaws or logical fallacies. He's just super practiced at the art of misdirection, equivocation, and deception. But I'm still going to do the video about it. It's amazing to me how subtle some of the things he does are. And it's starting to help me understand how he's getting away with this behavior with so many intelligent women.
