All right, everybody, between daily podcast recordings, managing Mo News, workouts, life with a newborn and a toddler, I have learned that drinking water isn't always enough. When I'm dragging, dealing with brain fog, or feel a headache coming on, sometimes what I really need is electrolytes. That is why we have partnered for a long time with Element Electrolyte Powder. Each pack delivers a meaningful dose of electrolytes with zero sugar, no artificial colors, and none of the dodgy ingredients found in many popular sports drinks. My go-to flavors are lemonade and grapefruit salt, though they have a whole variety available for all of you. Right now, Mo News listeners can get a free eight-count sample pack of Element's most popular drink mix flavors, so you can figure out which one is your favorite. They also have a flavorless pack, by the way. You can find that all over at drinklmnt.com/monews, that is drinklmnt.com/monews, drinklmnt.com/monews.
We've heard from so many of you who have made this a regular part of your life, let us know about your element of experience and your favorite flavor. This will change the way you think about hydration. Again, go out and get that special Mo News deal over at drinklmnt.com/monews.
Hey, everybody. It is Wednesday, September 2nd. You're listening to the Mo News podcast. I'm Moshe Oinounou.

**Jill Wagner** (1:18)
And I'm Jill Wagner. This is the place where we bring you just the facts.

**Mosheh Oinounou** (1:22)
And where we read all the news and read between lines so you don't have to. I was preaching the gospel of Mo News on the cables yesterday, Jill.

**Jill Wagner** (1:30)
Yes, Moshe, I noticed as we were recording this late on Tuesday that you were still in your button down, a little bit dressed up from your cable news appearance. Moshe, I thought you did a great job. But as I asked you earlier today, how did you feel about it?

**Mosheh Oinounou** (1:45)
You know, Jill, I'm always my own biggest critic. I was like, oh, if I just said this, I just did this. I appreciate the invite always from a variety of networks. However, we'll have us folks from the left to the right.
I am here to spread the word about Mo News wherever we can. And so I had the great fortune yesterday to be invited by the team over in Stephanie Rule's show over at MS Now, formerly MSNBC, Politics, Power and Money Show at 10 a.m. Eastern Time to be part of the panel. It was a fun group over there, including Willie Geist. You might know him from the Sunday Today Show and Morning Joe, talking about a variety of things from Politics to AI, etc.
It's a panel show, so I was like, I want to be able to say that, I want to be able to say that. And you're trying to make your points as tightly as possible. And I've done enough years in television where I'm like, I know what about 30 to 45 seconds is, which is like what you can get away with before the anchor starts giving you the death stare being like, you're talking too long. So yeah, you have to make your points. And then somebody says something and you're like, well, that was dumb or that was smart. And you want to be able to react to that or add something to that. And then they're like, and we're going to commercial. Actually, at one point, Stephanie was like, Mosheh is about to make the most interesting point in the world, but you won't get to hear it because we're going to commercial break.

**Jill Wagner** (2:58)
Did you ever get to make it? Did you get to make it after the break or it's lost somewhere?

**Mosheh Oinounou** (3:03)
No, no one expressed interest in it, even in the commercial break. It's somewhere in my head.
But that's why we have our own platform here and own podcast because the only person that can tell me to rap here is Jill and then sometimes I don't listen.

**Jill Wagner** (3:15)
Confirmed. Yes.
But yes, Mosheh, save the most brilliant ideas in the world. For the Mo News podcast and our amazing audience here. And with that, let's get to some headlines. Starting with the Lindsay Clancy triple murder trial, day five of deliberations starts today. Jurors told the judge on Tuesday they were deadlocked.

**Mosheh Oinounou** (3:39)
We will tell you what the judge told said deadlocked jury, the orders he gave them, and some examples from the past of hung juries and what happened next.

**Jill Wagner** (3:49)
To those devastating flash floods on the border of Nepal and China, a new report says that there were warning signs.
