We're recording today out of our Industrious office in New York City, which is perfect for a team like ours, because Industrious takes care of everything, so we can focus on bringing you the news.

Yes, we recently moved to the co-working space Industrious. They have locations around New York and around the world. We have an office in Manhattan. We've also turned one of the offices into a podcast studio, where Jill and I record the podcast.
**Jill Wagner** (0:23)
And while we're working on putting it together, I love the snacks. They're complimentary, you've got all-day coffee.
**Mosheh Oinounou** (0:30)
They have special treats on a day-to-day basis every morning and every afternoon. Sometimes it basically serves as your breakfast. I've obviously used the office in New York, but whenever I'm on the road, I make sure to look up if there's an Industrious there. So I've used it in DC, I've used it in Indianapolis. It is a great co-working space, and we have a special deal for all of you. I said, check it out and see if it's a place where you just want to work out of individually, if you need a break, or if you want to move your office there. Right now we have a special deal going with Industrious. We're offering 50% off for first-time day pass users, if you need a meeting room, if you need office space, or again, just a desk in the open space, head over to mo.news.industrious. When you see these beautiful spaces in person, you'll see what we mean again. Mo.news.industrious. Book a tour or use it for the day, 50% off.

One thing we could all agree on, housing is expensive. I personally just went through the process of buying a new home and moving in, which is stressful enough. And that is where Built comes in. Built is the membership for where you live, and it rewards you with points on every housing payment, whether you're renting or paying a mortgage. This actually started with rent, and now Built members can earn points on mortgage payments too.
So now every time you make a payment on your new home, you can earn points and then redeem them toward things like flights with partners like United or Hyatt, Lyft Rides or purchases on amazon.com. Another part I didn't expect to use as much as I would is the neighborhood concierge. It helps with restaurant reservations, finding new spots nearby, even booking fitness classes. Especially helpful when you're new to an area and still figuring things out. It's simple. Where you live can do a little more for you. Join the membership for where you live at joinbuilt.com/monews. That is joinbilt.com/monews.
Make sure to use our URL so they know we sent you. It is a more thoughtful way to approach your biggest monthly expense.

**Jill Wagner** (2:43)
Yes, in Midtown Manhattan at the Industrious. You guys know I love their snacks. It's my favorite thing.
**Mosheh Oinounou** (2:49)
You love the snacks. We haven't told you or we haven't heard yet. We are partners with Industrious. So if you're looking for a small office space, you're looking to just get out of your house for a meeting or just a workspace. They have a couple of locations around the world. They are partners of ours. You can check out details on a deal we have going with them over at Mo.News slash Industrious.

So Mo, my husband thinks I'm pretty loud. I think you're pretty loud too.
**Mosheh Oinounou** (3:13)
I'm extremely loud.
**Jill Wagner** (3:15)
You might even be louder than I am.
**Mosheh Oinounou** (3:16)
I'm still in my 40s learning how to whisper.
**Jill Wagner** (3:21)
Well, apparently, we've got nothing on Joseph McGrale Bait Up. The Guinness World Records has recognized him as the world's loudest person. He is a 58-year-old air conditioner cleaner from Australia, and he officially recorded the loudest shout ever. So he yelled, now, at 122.4 decibels.
I want to play it. I don't think that this recording does it justice, but here you go.
**Mosheh Oinounou** (3:47)
No, because we're not trying to blow out your ears. So, producer Arian, let's play the clip, but not deafen the listeners.
