Kohberger Backtracks, ‘Netflix Trend Murder’, Nolan Wells Audio Released & D4vd Going to Trial

Holy shit. A lot has gone on this week so far. There is so much that we need to talk about. There's the Bryan Kohberger of it all with him saying that he's innocent, and he wants to withdraw his guilty plea. There's David now officially going to trial. The judge deemed that there was enough evidence, which, hello, obviously. But officially now moving forward to trial, a lot of things that came out in the preliminary hearing that are very disturbing. One of the biggest questions I think so many people had was, okay, what did Celeste's family know?
We're getting a little bit more information on that. There's also this horrifying new case with this woman named Sara who did the Netflix trend that I'm sure so many of you saw, where you sit down in the chair, you're making your fake documentary. I did one for being addicted to Diet Coke. She did one about her soon to be ex-husband, only to then be murdered by him allegedly shortly after that. There are also updates to cases. There's more audio that has been released in the Nolan Wells case, where it's been transcribed and Nancy Grace is on the necks of everyone in that case. There is so much going on. No, I have to say though, I know you were not on TikTok. That song is like the trending song for when people are reunited with their family from being overseas with the military, the army. And every single time I cry like a baby when I see those videos. So obviously, not comparing our homecoming to that. But excited to be back in studio with you.

There might be some tears. I don't know if it will happen.

There are sad tears that are back. Everybody's like, we don't want her to come back.

Yeah. Great. Well, I know there's a couple of things we have talked about already on the side this week.
Lots going on. I want to start with this Bryan Kohberger update. This guy, I'm trying to mind my mouth. This guy, I can't even. You know what? I'm not shocked. And I know you know this. Because when we went on tour last fall, this was a big segment within the Headline Highlights portion of the show, is I called this months ago. I was like, they're pushing paperwork for it right now. That doesn't make sense because he's already agreed to a guilty plea. Why is this happening? Are they trying to lay the foundation for him withdrawing his plea or filing an appeal? And here we are, what?
