He finally broke his silence last night on all this Blake Lively legal battle drama. I have not heard from him since all of this went down. They posted along, him and his wife, actually.

Over six minutes, they had to get off their chest.

**Deven** (1:22)
In a six minute video, we will play the highlights for you guys and discuss a bit. But yeah, that was kind of shocking to me, to be honest with you.
Then Cardi B might have a new Boo.

I don't like that either. It was very weird.

Because I know that was the most cringe thing. I've said a lot of cringe things, but I just cringe at myself. But another sports star could be Cardi B's next man.

Yeah. Then lastly, this was a crazy story yesterday that crossed the desk.
A flight instructor jumped from the plane mid-flight, and then the people he was instructing had to land the plane.

**Courtney** (2:11)
Absolutely terrifying.

**Deven** (2:12)
That sounds terrifying. We will get into those details, but for starters, Justin Baldoni. So, as you know, they settled their lawsuit. They're both moving on.
Then this video came out last night.

**Courtney** (2:28)
It was so long.

**Deven** (2:30)
Very. Well, I'll talk about my personal feelings about it after, but here are some of the highlights.

We can genuinely say that we are sitting here today feeling immense gratitude for so many things and so many people and so many things that have happened to us.

**Emily Baldoni** (2:48)
Gratitude has saved us.

**Justin Baldoni** (2:50)
It has.
And I also feel that it's important as we say that, in that gratitude, it doesn't negate the injustice and the pain that we have also felt in the last few years. And we've had to wrestle with so many things and try to understand so many things, like how could something like this even happen, let alone disguise as a fight for women. So much to unpack. And the truth is, reality is, is that there's been a lot of trauma for us to move through as a family.

What I will say is that there have been so many.
Painful things that have been spoken to existence untruthful over the last couple years. And that created so much noise, and we didn't want to add to the noise. So we just wanted to let the justice system run its course.

**Justin Baldoni** (4:00)
And the truth and the facts have spoken for themselves.

For starters, I was kind of surprised that they spoke publicly about this, because they settled, and usually in those kind of circumstances, you sign a thing saying you won't speak about it publicly, or you won't disparage the person publicly. I guess they never necessarily mentioned any names in it. Super cringe.

**Courtney** (4:27)
It is.

**Deven** (4:28)
It's so cringe, like this whole thing.

**Courtney** (4:29)
But I feel like he's trying to save his career, because Blake and Ryan have all the money in the world. He has...

**Deven** (4:34)
This whole situation definitely hurt both of their careers.
