We're recording today out of our Industrious office in New York City, which is perfect for a team like ours because Industrious takes care of everything, so we can focus on bringing you the news.

Yes, we recently moved to the co-working space Industrious. They have locations around New York and around the world. We have an office in Manhattan. We've also turned one of the offices into a podcast studio where Jill and I record the podcast.

And while we're working on putting it together, I love the snacks. They're complimentary, you've got all-day coffee.
**Mosheh Oinounou** (0:30)
They have special treats on a day-to-day basis every morning and every afternoon. Sometimes it basically serves as your breakfast. I've obviously used the office in New York, but whenever I'm on the road, I make sure to look up if there's an Industrious there. So I've used it in DC, I've used it in Indianapolis. It is a great co-working space, and we have a special deal for all of you. I said, check it out and see if it's a place where you just want to work out of individually, if you need a break, or if you want to move your office there. Right now we have a special deal going with Industrious. We're offering 50% off for first time day pass for all users, if you need a meeting room, if you need office space, or again, just a desk in the open space, head over to mo.news slash Industrious. When you see these beautiful spaces in person, you'll see what we mean again. Mo.news slash Industrious. Book a tour or use it for the day. 50% off.

One thing we could all agree on, housing is expensive. I personally just went through the process of buying a new home and moving in, which is stressful enough. And that is where Built comes in. Built is the membership for where you live, and it rewards you with points on every housing payment, whether you're renting or paying a mortgage. This actually started with rent, and now Built members can earn points on mortgage payments too.
So now every time you make a payment on your new home, you can earn points and then redeem them toward things like flights with partners like United or Hyatt, Lyft Rides or purchases on amazon.com. Another part I didn't expect to use as much as I would is the neighborhood concierge. It helps with restaurant reservations, finding new spots nearby, even booking fitness classes, especially helpful when you're new to an area and still figuring things out. It's simple. Where you live can do a little more for you. Join the membership for where you live at joinbuilt.com/monews, that is joinbilt.com/monews.
Make sure to use our URL so they know we sent you. It is a more thoughtful way to approach your biggest monthly expense.

**Mosheh Oinounou** (2:30)
And where we read all the news and read between the lines so you don't have to. As we officially clear the first half of the year today, Jill, tomorrow is July 1st. And so soon enough, it'll be Christmas.
**Jill Wagner** (2:44)
He went there. I was going to go into the days are already getting shorter.
**Mosheh Oinounou** (2:51)
Right, right. We hit peak sunshine in the Northern Hemisphere last week. So, you know, it's still pretty long days right now. But yes, we are on the downward trajectory that the temperatures won't have, you know it. And we'll have more on that later in the podcast, Jill. But if you are trying to stay cool and indoors, you might want to check out a soap opera. Days of Our Lives and General Hospital will have a special guest. We were not anticipating this headline this week.
**Jill Wagner** (3:16)
Yeah, John Oliver. Apparently, Mosheh, this is his lifelong goal is to be on a soap opera.
**Mosheh Oinounou** (3:23)
Yeah, he told Stephen A. Smith recently that he was jealous that Stephen A apparently has a recurring soap opera role. And he put it out there into the world. And guess what? The producers of not only General Hospital, but Days of Our Lives both took him up on it. So he's going to have guest roles on both programs in the coming weeks here. John Oliver, again, the comedian here, will see what his role is, but he will be in episodes airing on July 2nd, 3rd and 6th. So later this week and early next. And then you can check him out over on Days of Our Lives on August 11th, 12th and 14th. So that should be fun. The last time I was really into Days of Our Lives, Jill, was the late 90s when I got home sick from school at mono at one period. And that coincided with the famous plot line of Marlena being taken over by the devil. I don't know if you remember this. This was like a late 90s Days of Our Lives thing. I was watching it in between episodes of like Ricky Lake, Jerry Springer, Price is Right, you know, daytime TV.
