The fate of Lindsay Clancy is now in the hands of 12 jurors after closing arguments on Thursday. Daily Wire reporter Lyndon Blake has more.

Arguments wrapped this morning and jurors now have to sort through the arguments and evidence to determine what happens to Clancy, the 36-year-old mother who strangled her own children to death. Here's a bit from the prosecution.

Judge Sullivan gave the jury five options to choose from for their verdict. Not guilty, not guilty by reason of insanity, guilty of murder in the first degree, guilty of murder in the second degree, and manslaughter.
He also praised the jurors and the attorneys for their dedication on a case like this, calling it, quote, emotionally taxing, intellectually challenging, and physically exhausting.

The brutal warlord known as the Butcher of Bosnia, Rako Miladic, has died at the age of 84 Authorities arrested him in 2011, and a UN tribunal sentenced him to life in prison in 2017
He spent his final years in UN custody in the Hague, Netherlands. He was sentenced to life for atrocities committed during the ethnic war that broke out in Bosnia in the 1990s. During that war, Miladic led Serbian forces against the non-Serb factions. He took control of part of the region to form a Serbian state, while he boasted about being a quote Serbian god who directed his troops to scorch the brains of Bosnian Muslims. The conflict left 100,000 dead and over 1 million homeless.

Flash floods on the border of Nepal and China have killed hundreds while thousands more are missing. Daily Wire contributor Tim Pearce has the latest.

The latest figures from Nepal report at least 900 people missing and around 390 dead. In Tibet, on the Chinese side of the border, about 560 are missing and 3 are dead, but it's not clear if there is any crossover in the number between those two governments. Included in those numbers are hundreds of foreign tourists caught in the disaster. The Nepalese government said that at least 700 foreigners had been reported missing from dozens of countries, including from the US. The State Department confirmed that it is aware that Americans are missing after the floods, though it did not give a precise number.
Missouri's Deputy Attorney General who was missing for six days after seeking to summit Wyoming's tallest peak has been found alive. Reporter Zach Jewell has a story.

Search crews found Sean McElprang and his brother near Scott Lake in Wind River Range on Wednesday. They had disappeared last week after they set out to climb the highest peak in Wyoming's mountains. Searchers found McElprang disoriented and dehydrated and took him out of the back country by helicopter. His brother Rommel told authorities that he had been working through climbing the highest peaks in all 50 states and that Wyoming was number 45
