The jury in the Lindsay Clancy case has been sent home after six days of deliberations. A dramatic scene inside the courtroom in Plymouth, Massachusetts played out today when lead defense attorney Kevin Reddington had a heated exchange with Judge Sullivan over what Reddington claims was one juror not abiding by the law. The judge said the jury sent him a note asking for an explanation of reasonable doubt. The jury is reportedly split 11 to 1
The judge said he answered the jury's questions and sent them back to deliberate again. This was not technically another deadlock. If it were, the judge could not send them back to deliberate a third time under Massachusetts law. The jury will return for a seventh day of deliberations Friday morning at 9 a.m. Eastern.
The No Kings Network has been exposed as a major force behind data center and flock opposition online. Daily Wire contributor Tim Pierce has the latest.

The left-wing activist network behind the nationwide No Kings protests has expanded its political battlefield to include artificial intelligence, data centers and flock license plate cameras. That's according to a new report examining the groups, funding and messaging driving their campaigns. Organizations tied to the same activist ecosystem that has mobilized against President Donald Trump, Elon Musk, Tesla, Israel and ICE are increasingly in opposition to the infrastructure needed to power AI and to the surveillance technology used by local police departments. The overlap comes from Neville Roy Singham, a Connecticut born tech entrepreneur who moved to Shanghai and has emerged as a major funder of American Marxist and left wing organizations. Singham's broader network of political and nonprofit groups have also drawn scrutiny, with Congress investigating Singham's funding relationships, while the Senate Judiciary Committee has previously asked the Justice Department and FBI to examine whether Code Pink and the People's Forum should register as foreign agents. The US. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York has separately launched a grand jury investigation into Singham and the financial activity involving his network.
Republicans hope to capitalize on democratic confusion and infighting ahead of midterms on issues such as transgenderism and US support for Israel. President Trump on Wednesday urged Republicans in close contests to unite around the president's agenda and successes.

Meanwhile, Elon Musk's Super PAC, which spent $260 million to help Republicans in 2024, is back in the mix. The America PAC has reported its first major spend of the cycle, with $800,000 to support Republicans largely in close Senate races. The biggest beneficiary was Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton in the Senate race against Democrat James Tallarico.
