The losses pushed his fortune down to around $948 billion, below the $1 trillion mark he briefly crossed after SpaceX went public last month. At its post IPO peak, Musk's net worth hit $1.45 trillion. SpaceX's Bitcoin wallet made its first movements in about six months today, sending less than $300 worth of its 18,712 Bitcoin between its own addresses. Analysts say the tiny test transaction doesn't signal a sale.
Trump declared the two-week ceasefire with Iran over after the US and Iran exchanged airstrikes, sending Bitcoin to $62,000 and oil surging more than 5 percent. WTI crude jumped above $74 a barrel as traders priced in renewed conflict risk. Altcoins took heavier losses. Solana, which had been challenging $84 at the start of the week, fell back to $77.
