It is good. It's the middle of the week. It's hump day. We're almost there. We got a variety of stories today.

Our top two stories are honestly probably the most shocking ones of the day, especially this Dolly Parton estate war. We're getting all these developments coming in. We're going to go over all the text messages that Dolly Parton's nephew, we got from court documents. It's just a crazy story. Can't wait to get into it. And at the end, somebody who's probably, I would say one of the most popular stars in the world, they're cuffed, apparently. We're going to get into all that.

So this family estate war has, we've been getting so many developments throughout over these past couple of days, but the latest one we have is Dolly Parton. So Dolly Parton's nephew, Brian Siever, he allegedly boasted about becoming famous after announcing Dolly Parton's death. So let's get into a little bit of context first for all those who aren't familiar with it. So Dolly Parton's nephew, Brian Siever, and he was actually her former head of security as well.

He was fired from his longtime role protecting Dolly's property. So Brian was a family member who announced Dolly Parton's death, as I just mentioned, and we attained a termination notice informing Brian and his security companies that they were immediately dismissed from every Dolly Parton property. So after that news came in, we got a restraining order from Danny Nozzle, who was Dolly Parton's longtime manager, and he filed the temporary restraining order against Brian Siever because of all these alleged threats he was giving him allegedly. So one of the alleged messages from Brian stated, her money better be bigger than I can make elsewhere, or I'm going to F everyone.

I'm about to become the hand of retribution for my entire family. Another alleged message read, I'm going to set up a podcast dedicated to ruining Dolly's brand partnership and telling the violations these people have done on us. Another alleged message stated, all I do is warfare. Everyone needs to be worried about what I might do. So just crazy, crazy alleged threats coming from him. And I do want to get to from his side. Brian has denied all the claims in the petition. He stated, I am a career soldier and military contractor and do conduct arms deals for foreign governments. I am a security professional and I am a killer. He also stated, however, nothing in this lawsuit were threats. And most of the comments I stand by, I was talking frankly in a private way with Danny, who I thought was my friend, and he fancies himself a gangster. A lot of these messages are two guys having rage talk and crying on the phone together while they were grieving. So all that being said, we got these text messages. You want to go ahead and read them out for me.

Yes, these messages are crazy. So Brian says, I've got offers from everyone. I haven't responded to anyone. I knew Harvey would say exactly what I told him on that day that I needed said, but I just sold, but everyone is asking to interview me. I just sold $29 million worth of ammo to Haiti. I am not exactly a media person. I'm literally an international arms dealer and mercenary, but now I'm the biggest face, but now I'm the face of the biggest social media post in human history.
