That's amazing. Well, welcome to The TMZ Podcast. So she is co-hosting today because we do something here that's very special at TMZ called the Intern Workshop Seminar. I don't know what you'd call it. Series, I guess you'd say. So each department has a workshop. So right now, as you and I are speaking, there is everybody in the room. There's the interns, there's the production assistants, they're on the other side of the camera, and they 100% produced this show for us today.

Diddy, I mean, this is not too heavy. Diddy is going to be released a little earlier than we thought. So it's got moved up. His date, about a month more. And I don't know, it might keep moving up to the point he might be out before next summer at this point.

It kind of feels like that, right? Honestly, that's exactly what it feels like. But didn't he just get into a fight? Wasn't he in solitary confinement? Honestly, I feel like if you're fighting and you're in the bin, why are they letting him out so early? This is the fourth time they moved it up.

**Branson Quirk** (2:17)
Right. I mean, we don't have too many details on the formality of when this was entered into the system and everything. But so his prison release date has been moved up once again. According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons website, we saw this and, oh, there you go. Get your mic or whatever. So the new projected release date is now January 24th, 2028
Now, the other time we noticed this was that it was moved to February 23rd, 2028 So that's like a whole month now. Yeah. And we don't know if he's going to get time served for his time behind bars when the trial was happening and everything. That's still unclear. Probably not. So he probably will still serve the entire term in a federal case like this.
You typically have to serve at least, I think it's 80% of your sentence. So he's going to have to be in there until that sentence is complete and he's at, if you don't know, FCI Fort Dix, which is actually New Jersey where he wanted to serve this because it's a little less lenient or a little less strict in terms of rules at the prison and everything. And I mean, for example, we saw Diddy walking around the yard like a couple of weeks ago, three weeks ago for what, two hours.

I mean, he probably owns that place. I'm sure that there are a lot of people in there like, wow, we love this guy. We love Diddy. Cause you know, a lot of his supporters were like, I don't think that Diddy should go to jail. I don't think he should go to jail. So I feel like there's a lot of people in that prison, like inmates and the people who work there alike, who want to see him out, or like who just want him to have a good time while he's in jail.

You're right. I would be shocked if Diddy does not, like you said, own this prison.

Yeah.

Because he's such a big celebrity.
I know in the past, at least for Thanksgiving around that time or Christmas, one of the holidays, he paid for like a whole nice dinner for everybody and everything. So he really got off quickly on a great start for himself, making sure that everybody likes him. Yeah. As you can imagine, being Diddy, people would probably want to fight him, especially if he's like in Gen Pop, you know what? Like maybe a stricter prison, a state prison. But I think he's got it pretty good. But like you said, he's in solitary confinement for an unknown amount of time.
