He stated that the kegs were initially used to accentuate drum parts and eventually became a signature element of their sound. And finally, in news we're still trying to wrap our head around, Peppa Pig seemingly shaded Clairo in a Pitchfork interview, prompting Charli XCX and Pink Pantheress to defend the singer. The hilarious quote-unquote drama started Tuesday when the cartoon character participated in the music publication's over-under video series. The beef, or should I say pork, stems from a 2019 interview where Clairo jokingly commented on Peppa's height, which Peppa may have interpreted as a jab. Despite Peppa's positive comments about Pink Pantheress, the latter defended Clairo's reputation. And it's Wednesday, let's take a look at Loudwire's list of the best alternative songs of 1996 Here are the top five. Number five, Don't Speak by No Doubt. Number four, Counting Blue Cars by Dishwala. Number three, Champagne Supernova by Oasis. Number two, Along December by Counting Crows. And number one, 1979, by Smashing Pumpkins.
