Welcome back to The Bravo Docket. We are continuing our series on the Ultimate Girls Trip. Ladies, even though it is now done, we still have a lot to cover with this set of women. And with that, we are going to be continuing the Porsha portion of the series and get into a defamation lawsuit that Simon filed against her. We covered her divorce from Kordell and her divorce from Simon last episode as well as his deportation. But now we're going to move on to his defamation claims against her.

Yeah, and some of that overlaps with the divorce. So we're going to mention some things that we mentioned last time, but we're also going to put them in slightly different context. And I wanted to start by talking about their wedding. We talked about it briefly in the last episode, but I got kind of really interested in this when I was researching this. And it was a stunning, stunning wedding. She just did a lot of really cool traditional stuff in it. And I just kind of wanted to talk about it a little bit, because the marriage didn't last, but the wedding pictures are forever, and they are stunning. So Simon is from Nigeria's Edo State, specifically the historic kingdom of Benin. And their November 2022 traditional ceremony was deeply rooted in Edo native law and custom.
