Are you ready?

Okay.

**Lisa Bueno** (1:41)
So today's story is read by Mommy and?

**Philip** (1:48)
Philip.

I think that he's actually in the same family of stories that have a very famous spider and a very famous tortoise.

Let's see what kind of trouble he gets up to, shall we?

Okay. Zomo.

**SPEAKER_9** (2:08)
Zomo the Rabbit.

**SPEAKER_6** (2:10)
He is not big.

**Lisa Bueno** (2:12)
He's not strong, but he is very clever.
Time was, Zomo wanted more than cleverness. He wanted wisdom. He went to SkyGod and asked for it.

**SPEAKER_8** (2:35)
Zomo, it is not so simple, said SkyGod. To get wisdom, you must earn it.

**Lisa Bueno** (2:53)
Asked Zomo.

**SPEAKER_8** (2:55)
You must do three impossible things, answered SkyGod. First, bring me the scales of big fish in the sea.
Second, bring me the milk of wild cow. Third, bring me the tooth of leopard.

**Lisa Bueno** (3:21)
I will try, said Zomo, and we can see him bouncing away from SkyGod.

**SPEAKER_10** (3:29)
I am very concerned about him getting those things.

**SPEAKER_6** (3:32)
He's such a small friend, I don't know. Zomo went to the edge of the sea.

**Lisa Bueno** (3:38)
He began to play his drum. He played so loud, his drum beats went down to the bottom of the sea, and deep below, Big Fish heard the music of the drum.

**Lisa Bueno** (3:54)
Big Fish came up out of the water.

**SPEAKER_6** (3:58)
He danced on the sand.

**Lisa Bueno** (4:00)
Faster and faster, Zomo beat his drum. Faster, faster, Big Fish danced.

**SPEAKER_9** (4:08)
Big Fish danced so fast, his scales fell off.

**SPEAKER_10** (4:16)
Big Fish was naked.

**SPEAKER_7** (4:21)
Oh no, somebody give that fish some scales!

**Lisa Bueno** (4:26)
Splash! He jumped back into the sea.

**SPEAKER_6** (4:30)
I wonder if that is why fish don't come out of the sea anymore.
Zomo quickly scooped up the fish scales in his hat and hopped into the forest. Mission accomplished. Step one.

Okay.

**SPEAKER_9** (4:48)
In the forest, Zomo climbed a palm tree.

**SPEAKER_6** (4:52)
He looked all around.

**Lisa Bueno** (4:55)
Then he saw Wild Cow.

**SPEAKER_6** (4:58)
Ha!

**Lisa Bueno** (5:00)
laughed Zomo.

**Philip** (5:01)
You're not so big. You're not so strong.

**SPEAKER_11** (5:05)
Who is that laughing at me?

**Lisa Bueno** (5:09)
Asked Wild Cow.

**SPEAKER_10** (5:11)
It is me, called Zomo.

**Philip** (5:14)
I say you are not even strong enough to knock down this little tree.

**Lisa Bueno** (5:20)
Wild Cow got angry. She ran at the tree to knock it down.

**SPEAKER_6** (5:29)
Thump!

**SPEAKER_10** (5:30)
She hit that tree.

**SPEAKER_6** (5:32)
But the palm tree was soft.

**Lisa Bueno** (5:35)
Her horns got stuck.

**SPEAKER_6** (5:39)
Quickly, Zomo slid down the tree.

**Lisa Bueno** (5:42)
He turned his drum upside down and filled it with milk. I bet she didn't like that.

**SPEAKER_10** (5:50)
By the time Wild Cow got unstuck, Zomo was far away.

**Lisa Bueno** (5:57)
And I dare say he better keep running. Zomo took the path to the top of a high hill.
