Marques Brownlee (0:57)

Let's just start with the thing that you got wrong. Me. Yeah.

Adam (1:00)

Yes, exactly.

David Imel (1:01)

Start there.

Marques Brownlee (1:04)

I noticed on Twitter you said that the burgundy was a good color.

Ellis Rovin (1:07)

I just want to be very clear.

Marques Brownlee (1:09)

I just want to be super crystal clear. You got that one wrong.

SPEAKER_8 (1:12)

What are you talking about?

Marques Brownlee (1:13)

You did get that one wrong. Okay. Just because they made a matte black phone doesn't mean the other colors are bad.

Adam Mosseri (1:18)

Yes, it does.

Ellis Rovin (1:19)

That's a clear reply. One thing being good does not make everything else bad.

Adam Mosseri (1:22)

Uh-huh.

Marques Brownlee (1:28)

Yo, what is up, people of the internet? Welcome back to another episode of the Waveform Podcast. We're your hosts. I'm Marques.

Andrew Manganelli (1:33)

I'm Andrew.

Marques Brownlee (1:34)

I'm David. And we've got Ellis and Adam over at the podcast desk.

Ellis Rovin (1:37)

The Waveform, bro.

Marques Brownlee (1:38)

We're finally back. And by back, I just mean back in our normal place that we record.

Ellis Rovin (1:44)

It's nice.

Marques Brownlee (1:44)

Audio listeners have no idea what's different. Maybe they do, but we're back. People are very upset last week that we were not in our normal configuration. Yeah. Long story behind that.

Andrew Manganelli (1:53)

We did talk about that.

Marques Brownlee (1:55)

We did.

Andrew Manganelli (1:55)

We debated where to sit.

Marques Brownlee (1:56)

Yeah. There was a whole...

I mean, it's too long of a story.

SPEAKER_2 (2:01)

I'm not going to try to tell a whole story.

Marques Brownlee (2:03)

They were like, oh, where do you want to sit? And I was like, honestly, it doesn't matter. I'd probably sit on the right. And they were like, oh, we figured we'd put you on the left so you have an eyeline to the producer table.

Adam (2:10)

I was like, okay.

Andrew Manganelli (2:12)

Actually, that's so funny because you have the worst eyeline to the producer table here.

Marques Brownlee (2:16)

I really have to do one of these to see you guys.

SPEAKER_11 (2:18)

It was very weird.

Adam (2:19)

Randomly, you would just like look up and be staring into my eyes and I was like, okay.

Ellis Rovin (2:23)

Well, that's what I usually do.

Marques Brownlee (2:24)

I was trying to get a hint on the trivia answers just by like looking at you guys the whole podcast. That was what I was trying to do. It is really nice to be able to make eyes at Adam and Ellis all podcast. It's great. I enjoyed it, but we're back. So in today's episode, we've got our final thoughts on iPhone 18 Pro. Since the reviews are out, there's David's burgundy one. We'll talk about that color.

Google Books pre-orders and some thoughts about the Steam Frame and some more VR stuff and more tech timber as usual. But first, did they even test this? Adam has one.

Adam (2:55)

Oh, do I?

Marques Brownlee (2:56)

I heard Adam had one.

Adam (2:57)

Yeah. So I have been in a anime mood for the past eight months.

Andrew Manganelli (3:03)

Name all the animes.

Ellis Rovin (3:04)

Yeah, I got you.

SPEAKER_8 (3:04)

Oh, you like anime?

Ellis Rovin (3:06)

One piece. Done.

Andrew Manganelli (3:08)

That's all.

Adam (3:09)

That's all.

I've been in a binge watching this one anime called Freerun. Great. Great anime. Freerun.

Andrew Manganelli (3:18)

Marques watches that one.

Adam (3:19)

Yeah. Marques knows all about it. But I signed up to Crunchyroll via YouTube TV to watch this. So in my YouTube app, there's a little like, or not YouTube TV, YouTube. I don't know, one of them. In my YouTube app, there's a little Crunchyroll icon. I click there, it shows everything basically.
