Now, two massive scandals have rocked US politics in the run-up to next week's critical midterm elections, and neither of them involved the president's apparently found fascination with the posteriors of his candidates and supporters. First, Vivek Ramaswamy, running for governor of Ohio, ran an attack ad featuring an interview with his opponent Amy Acton's estranged mother. It didn't mention that they are estranged because the mother lost custody, or the fact that she lost custody when her then husband was indicted for abusing Amy Acton as a child.

Several male escorts claim he paid them for sex, including one who said he was only 17 at the time.

Well, Lindsey Graham's sister, Darline, is of course fighting to win his South Carolina seat. The Young Turks have been accused of hypocrisy and focusing on the private life of a Republican, never mind one who recently died, and especially as it relates to a sexual taboo. What would they say? Their critics ask if this was a MAGA scandal about a liberal politician. Well, we can ask them, because joining us to today's panel, Ana Kasparian, host and executive producer of The Young Turks, and Cenk Uygur, founder and CEO of The Young Turks, Liz Wheeler, host of The Liz Wheeler Show, and a man who's very well placed to comment on campaign ethics and standards, Republican Senate candidate in New Jersey, Justin Murphy. So Cenk, rare that we get a brace of Young Turks. I consider myself very fortunate to have got you both on today. Not quite sure who's hosting your show in your absence, but good to have you. So my objective question is not that the sexuality or the sexual ethics of senators is not a matter of public interest. It can well be. But particularly if there's hypocrisy or other things going on.
