Josh Brown (0:00)

Guys, are we having fun this spring in the markets?

Alexandra Semenova (0:05)

I think so.

Josh Brown (0:06)

A little bit?

Alexandra Semenova (0:07)

A little bit.

Josh Brown (0:08)

It's got, I think this year's more, I mean, there's more volatility, but I think it's more interesting than last year.

Michael Batnick (0:13)

I thought it was fun up until March 1st.

Josh Brown (0:15)

Okay.

Michael Batnick (0:16)

The war stuff is not that much fun.

Josh Brown (0:17)

No.

Alexandra Semenova (0:18)

I mean, I think at the index level, we're actually not doing all that much, which is so interesting to me.

Michael Batnick (0:24)

I think it's flat.

Alexandra Semenova (0:25)

Yeah, it's. You would think that we're in a much deeper selloff, given the fact that we've had private credit concerns, AI disruption, this war now, but.

Josh Brown (0:35)

I agree. There's more yelling and screaming than what the index level would actually lead you to believe is happening. So, but that's that's good, though.

Michael Batnick (0:44)

A lot of hooting and hollering. So, Dan, basketball league guy.

Dan Greenhaus (0:49)

I don't play, but I was in two leagues last year.

Josh Brown (0:54)

How are your ACLs?

Dan Greenhaus (0:55)

I'm fine, but true story, when I joined this league, the first play of the first game, in which I was not, I was watching, the first play of the first game that I saw, a guy tore his ACL.

Josh Brown (1:04)

Like immediately.

Dan Greenhaus (1:05)

First play of the first game.

Michael Batnick (1:06)

Like the guy that walked in the gym. As soon as I saw him back in the day. Gordon Howard.

Dan Greenhaus (1:09)

Reggie Theis?

Michael Batnick (1:10)

No, Gordon.

Dan Greenhaus (1:11)

Oh yeah, same, from Utah.

Michael Batnick (1:12)

Yeah, that was ugly.

Dan Greenhaus (1:13)

Oof, oof, oof.

Josh Brown (1:15)

So, if you don't do that, you're definitely going to do like a disc thing. Not you, proverbially.

Dan Greenhaus (1:22)

Thanks for the...

Josh Brown (1:23)

No, no, no, not you. People in their 40s playing aggressively playing basketball. It's like a Russian roulette.

Dan Greenhaus (1:30)

Yeah, that's fair. But we have a somewhat aggressive league.

Michael Batnick (1:34)

Oh, you do? So, you get to control how aggressive you play.

Dan Greenhaus (1:38)

Well, to some degree, but I also have an uncontrollable bout of anger every once in a while.

Josh Brown (1:42)

Yeah, I see you as being very competitive.

Dan Greenhaus (1:45)

Yeah, I went to... This doesn't matter.

Michael Batnick (1:47)

No, it matters.

Dan Greenhaus (1:48)

I'm only in one league now because I went to the other league and they didn't...

Josh Brown (1:51)

They didn't want you?

Michael Batnick (1:51)

Are you too physical?

Dan Greenhaus (1:52)

They don't appreciate the aggressiveness just as much.

Josh Brown (1:56)

That's very on-brand.

Michael Batnick (1:57)

No, me too. I like to bang with the boys. What are we doing?

Dan Greenhaus (2:00)

We're trying to play basketball. This isn't Newcomb.

Josh Brown (2:04)

I play tennis every...

Dan Greenhaus (2:06)

It's a Long Island joke.

Josh Brown (2:07)

I play tennis every Wednesday night.

Dan Greenhaus (2:08)

We should just preface to Alex.

Josh Brown (2:09)

We don't hurt each other.

Dan Greenhaus (2:10)

Fifty Long Island jokes. Sorry.

Michael Batnick (2:13)

She's from Long Island!

Dan Greenhaus (2:14)

She's from Brooklyn.

Alexandra Semenova (2:14)

I'm from South Brooklyn, but I feel like... I grew up close enough to you guys.

Michael Batnick (2:18)

You're on our island. We share the same island.

Alexandra Semenova (2:20)

Yeah.

Michael Batnick (2:21)

Yes.

Josh Brown (2:21)

Brooklyn is technically on Long Island. I'll have you know. It's not Nassau County.

Dan Greenhaus (2:26)

Rockland is technically upstate, but nobody really says that.

Josh Brown (2:29)

Okay. All right. So she can't claim Long Island. That's what we're saying?

Dan Greenhaus (2:34)

Anyone can be anything they want these days.

Josh Brown (2:35)

All right. All right. All right. Welcome, guys. So good to have you.

Michael Batnick (2:40)

She could hear Jimmy.

Josh Brown (2:41)

As you could tell, we have a lot in the dock tonight.

We have a lot to go over. All right.

Michael Batnick (2:46)

Should we start it up?

Josh Brown (2:47)

Yeah, John, let's do it.

Dan Greenhaus (2:49)

The Compound and Friends.

Josh Brown (2:51)

Nobody be nervous. Nobody be nervous. John, are you nervous?

Dan Greenhaus (2:54)

Always.

Josh Brown (2:55)

All right.

Michael Batnick (2:56)

Listen.

Dan Greenhaus (2:56)

236

Josh Brown (2:57)

ABC. Always be cool.

Michael Batnick (2:59)
