Hey, it's Ryan Reynolds here for Mint Mobile. Now, I was looking for fun ways to tell you that Mint's offer of unlimited premium wireless for $15 a month is back. So I thought it would be fun if we made $15 bills, but it turns out that's very illegal.
So there goes my big idea for the commercial. Give it a try at mintmobile.com/switch.

Up from payment of $45 for three months, $90 for six months, or $180 for 12 month plan required, $15 per month equivalent, taxes and fees extra, initial plan term only, greater than 50 gigabytes so when network is busy, see terms.

Welcome to the Double Dribble Podcast with Duvin and Keele. That's Jared Duvin, I'm Mo DeKeele. We're on the RealGM Network. Make sure you're rating, reviewing, subscribing, all that fun stuff. If you're watching us on YouTube, make sure you're giving us a like there as well as leaving a comment about how much you love us and how great we are at everything we do. Make sure you stick back to last night in basketball, Jared's newsletter, which is always awesome.
Make sure you rock out with the stuff I write for Bleacher Report, videos on Offside and all the other various things I end up finding myself. And Jared, how are you doing?

**Jared Dubin** (1:10)
I'm doing great, man. I'm ready to talk about some of the weirdest teams in the NBA today.

**Mo Dakhil** (1:14)
Yes. And we should also just mention in the effort to not talk about LeBron, we should talk real briefly. I don't know. Did you know? Did you see the Miami Heat Snafu?

**Jared Dubin** (1:27)
No. What happened?

**Mo Dakhil** (1:28)
They released an updated sort of announcement of Join our YouTube LeBron James Returns to Miami Press Conference, July 27th. Obviously, it got put up and then deleted immediately. And of course, I even think the social media guys got fired.
I saw a post on X, and let's just be honest, we don't know how real any of those are.

**Jared Dubin** (2:01)
Do we even know that the YouTube post is real?

**Mo Dakhil** (2:04)
Yes, because it's been discussed quite a bit. And I think it's out there. So that part's real.

**Jared Dubin** (2:18)
So they scheduled a press conference and put a YouTube post out about it, basically? Yeah.

**Mo Dakhil** (2:24)
But like scheduling, like you can watch it on YouTube, right? Like they scheduled the press conference and somebody might have hit Publish Now or something as you and I both are so good at technology when we're posting these podcasts. It's very easy for something stupid to happen. And I think something stupid happened. I don't know if that means LeBron James going there. I think we know all I know is it's going to be drawn out. There was momentum where people thought it was going to happen Monday or Tuesday.
And then that's kind of died out where like Rich Paul's kind of come out saying, like, yeah, it's probably not going to happen at all or, you know, it's I'm just telling you this thing's going to get dragged out. I don't think Adam Silver's comments about this affecting the schedule helped anybody to speed this one up.

**Jared Dubin** (3:20)
Yeah, I wouldn't say it's going to get dragged. It's already been dragged out. Like, usually all pre-agency business is over by, like, last week.
And we're three weeks into this thing now. We still have no idea where he's going or when he's going there. So it's already been dragged out.

**Mo Dakhil** (3:38)
Yeah, and it's going to be dragged out even more, is what I was saying.

**Jared Dubin** (3:42)
Apparently until July 27th.

**Mo Dakhil** (3:45)
Well, yeah, I'm sure now that might have even taken Miami off the list of possible things.

**Jared Dubin** (3:52)
It might have.

**Mo Dakhil** (3:53)
We're just at a point now where it's like, this is ridiculous. And it is holding up a lot of secondary free agency sort of things going down. And that's just going to be the choice we have, but that's all we're going to talk about.
That's about the most I have there for the LeBron conversation.

**Jared Dubin** (4:14)
With that, so you should do the housekeeping note, which is, oh yes, we're only going to have about half hour episodes for the next, however many six weeks or so, because there's not a lot to talk about as you guys have no doubt seen over these last few days. We are straining because it's the off season and there's not a lot going on, especially because LeBron is holding up all the business. Also, for the month of August, we're going to be going once a week. You'll have us on Mondays and then I think Wes and Mike on Thursdays, if I'm remembering correctly.
