It's time to vote, and President Trump needs you. He cut taxes, secured the border, and put American workers first. Inflation is going down, jobs are going up, and the future is looking bright. DSA Democrats are so mad, they can't decide whether they want to abolish prison or put Trump there. Go to gopvotes.org right now. Defend Trump. Defeat the DSA. Vote early right now. Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show, live on Sirius XM Channel 111 every weekday at New East.

Hey, everyone, I'm Megyn Kelly. Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show and happy Thursday. We have a great show for you today. The author of a new book about Tom Brady will be here next hour with explosive revelations about his marriage to and divorce from Gisele. But we begin today with the latest on representative Ilhan Omar. We've been telling you about the federal raid at her Washington DC residence. Well, the Wall Street Journal is reporting that the feds have seized her phone, personal notebooks, personal computers and her passport. Now why would they want her passport? Probably to see the DOB, right? What is her birth date there? And when did she apply for the passport? And that's kind of interesting, isn't it? She may have gone back and changed her date of birth on her Minnesota website for when she was a state representative there. But did she bother to go back and change the passport? And how long has she had the passport? Because if she had it before she knew she needed to say that she was 17 when her dad was naturalized, as opposed to 18, which it appears she actually was, there could be some proof there. The investigation is reportedly looking into whether she committed immigration fraud. And the Trump admin is aiming to build a case to strip her of her US citizenship. We told you that earlier this week. And obviously, it's the play, because if she's not a US citizen, legitimately, then who cares if she's 32 points up in her district? She's going to lose that seat. And it may not happen before the November election, but that's irrelevant. If the Trump administration can prove that this woman is not a legitimate US citizen, she's going to lose her citizenship and she will not be eligible to hold that seat any longer. That's the facts.

Most electrolytes on the market are packed with artificial flavors, with stevia, with table salt. But let me tell you about Bowie Electrolyte Drops. What is Bowie? It's a clean, purposely unflavored liquid electrolyte formula packed with 87 ocean-harvested trace minerals. Love this. You can add a quick squeeze to any drink, even your morning coffee or matcha, without changing the taste at all. This is so great. I hate it when you put one of these supplements in your drink and it ruins your drink. It's free from sugars, sweeteners, artificial ingredients or synthetic flavors, and third-party tested for impurities and heavy metals. Plus, it's backed by real science. Bowie says a university-led clinical trial published in the journal Nutrients showed that Bowie is clinically proven to hydrate 64% more than water alone and 49% more than leading sports drinks. If you want to make your favorite drinks instantly more hydrating, head to justaddbowie.com/megyn.

Bowie is B-U-O-Y, justaddbowie.com/megyn. Use that code MEGYN to get your 31% off the Liquid Electrolyte Discovery Set, backed by a 30-day risk-free guarantee. And if you or someone you know is living with a chronic illness, Bowie can help offset health care costs through their Chronic Illness Lifetime Support Program. It takes just two minutes to apply.

Specifically, the feds are now looking at whether Omar or her father changed her age on her citizen application back when he was naturalized. And we went through it yesterday. If you missed yesterday's episode, you can download it. But we went through in great detail the evidence that she was actually 18 at that time and not 17 as she would have had to be to sort of get citizenship thanks to her dad's naturalization. There's also a real question about whether the dad was naturalized lawfully, whether he lied. You know, we talked yesterday about how she referred to him as a teacher or he referred to himself as a teacher, allegedly, where it turns out he was a colonel in an army of a very brutal ruler who was killing between 50 and 200,000 Somalis, including mostly civilians. So, did he commit fraud? And if he committed fraud, then she doesn't benefit from it. Then his naturalization wouldn't stand. He's dead now, but nor would hers. There's a few different ways to come at this. So she could be in a lot of trouble. And now the reporting on her is expanding. And we're now taking a look at those around her because the reports are that multiple family members received subpoenas yesterday. And, or two days ago, the AAP is reporting that the subpoenas were issued for a grand jury collecting evidence in Minnesota as federal authorities probe potential fraud in Omar's immigration paperwork, said one person who spoke to them, and that several of her relatives have received subpoenas. Now this is very interesting because if there's a grand jury in Minnesota that is probing fraud, the question is like here the AAP reports probing probing fraud in her immigration paperwork, but I just don't, I'm not sure a Minnesota grand jury would be probing that. I think there may be potentially a couple of things going on here, because we heard Janine Pirro say it's her office leading this investigation when she was on Fox the other day. Now it's been reported that Mark Wayne Mullen, our DHS secretary, has suggested that they are examining potential crimes related to her family's immigration paperwork. So there's that, what I just went through, the dad, her, the naturalization. But a grand jury in Minnesota could very well be looking at the family fraud with respect to Somali citizens.
