Yeah, glad to be back. I feel like the world is changing so quickly, so I'm excited to talk about it more.

You're kind of my go-to for what's happening in tech, kind of before mainstream hears about it, like the mainstream world. You, back when you were on the podcast, like it was in March or April, you were talking about how everybody's just speaking into their computers. No one's typing anymore in Silicon Valley. You're talking about Whisper Flow, which is an app that enables you to do that. You talked about Lovable, which was like we created an app just like during the podcast, and you showed me how you can kind of vibe code, which now it's like, oh yeah, duh. You know, like months later, it's like, oh, that actually more people are doing that and talking about that.
I'm very curious, you know, those were kind of like some of the highlights from last time. Give me a sense of like what you're hearing behind the scenes.

You know, just off of that, I think we're seeing more of that. So there's more Whisper Flow competitors. There's the software versions. There's the hardware versions. I actually brought a bunch of hardware today that I can bring on camera.
More people are building like meeting note takers. Apple Watch now has Granola installed, where you can, you know, it's starting to freak some people out, but you can literally record your conversations with your Apple Watch and then transcribe them for notes after. And you will never know if someone has it on unless they show you their watch. And there's, you know, roles are changing. I see, you know, the earliest stages in which founders build their companies, and they're no longer looking for X, Y and Z. They're looking for this new type of role. So everything is changing around the technology and the way people use this technology.

Yeah.
And I want to get into all of it. And I mean, just to react, I do really feel like over the next year, all of us are gonna be recorded without even realizing it. And that used to feel like, and I think that feels pretty freaky to a lot of folks, but it is so commonplace in Silicon Valley and with tech folks of like, you should just assume that if you're in a meeting, like any of those devices that you're wearing, is one of them record... Is one of those recording?

No. Not on me right now.

Okay.

But I do have a neck... I have a pendant in my bag. Oh, okay.
Maybe story for later or another time, where I tried it for a week where I would do everything I would normally do. I would go to these dinners and brunches, but I would wear this thing around my neck just to see how people would react. And I definitely lost a few friends.

Shocking, you know.
I mean, it does. It changes people's behavior if they think they're being recorded, or maybe we'll enter a world where this is just like the assumption. So before we get into all the specifics, you are somebody who I would say, this isn't the correct way to say it, but not game the system. You always understand the system and you work the system in all these really interesting ways, and you kind of push boundaries. Part of, I think, having you come on here is I really want people to get a sense of agency, and be able to look at how AI can work for them, because we talk a lot about the dark stuff and how AI can work against us if we're not careful. But you are an incredible example of someone who AI has, you have made AI work for you. So I thought maybe we could start, last time you helped me create an app using Lovable, create my own kind of website, I thought we could kind of start there with what's the update? Now it doesn't even be, now we don't even have to be sitting at the computer to do this, it can just do it on its own, tell, explain that to me.
