Okay, for everybody here, can I do one final question before we leave? If you had to pick four stocks that are unrelated to the AI trade, which four do you like for, let's say for someone who may be a little bit more seasoned or they're older and they may be afraid of the technology, what are four non-related AI companies that you would have them potentially lean on? And maybe we can all answer the question.

Caleb Silver (0:27)

Yeah, I'll go first on that. I mean, I talked about the oil sector. Now, I'm not a big investor in the oil and energy sector, especially the drillers and the refiners. I'm married to a conservation biologist, so we have some rules around that. That said, you can't ignore the profits and the fact that those profits are going to continue to flow as long as we have this conflict going on and nobody thinks this is coming to an end anytime soon. So find your way around the oil patch with a high dividend, high cash flow company right now that's doing very well and hopefully not destroying the planet in the process. There's plenty of them out there. I was just looking at the 52, the all time highs. There's five energy companies on there. And I share the chart of the refiners. Pick your refiner that has the most cash flow, right? And the best profit margins. And I would say that would be a good stock to buy. And there's plenty of them on that list. Marathon I know is on that list and others. Also, I'm a believer that water is gonna be the next, not super intelligent telling you this, but water is gonna be one of the most precious resources out there because we're gonna need it for just about everything. That means private water companies and privatized water companies or the private equity companies that own the private water companies because I think that's a precious commodity and that's only gonna get more expensive going down the line here. Then you look across the financial sector and it's about being big, right? Being big in banking is beautiful, boring is good too, but the biggest, baddest profitable bank out there is JP Morgan Chase. And there's a reason that stock kind of was near all-time highs earlier this year. I expected to come back to those all-time highs when we get some sort of a stasis with the economy right now. And then looking like way outside out of all this, sometimes you got to look at some companies that are just doing something very different from the rest of the crowd. And when I look at some of the retailers out there, it's a very tough time to be a retailer in a retail environment. That said, there are some of the grocery chains that are kind of changing the business model a little bit that are interesting to look at right now. I take a close look at those, especially with the commodity prices. And then I would also look at the commodity players as well. The Grangers of the world, the ADMs of the world, they are dealing with very high corn and high wheat prices, but they also have pricing flexibility. That's been a tough sector to invest in, health care as well. But we're also on the verge of a lot of new developments in health care that are being spurred by these cancer drugs and GLP ones. So there's some health care and biotech companies out there that I would keep a close eye on, and especially the ones, not the GLP one makers, though that run already happened. But what are the knock on effects of GLP ones going down the line and who's going to benefit from that? I would look at some of those companies in sectors that are addressing this new marketplace.

And that's kind of where I would, as a speculative bet right now, that's where I'd be looking outside of the AI and tech build out.

Rashad Bilal (3:16)

It's a great answer. Thank you, my brother.

Troy Millings (3:17)

Damn, that was detailed, man.

SPEAKER_4 (3:20)

Thank you. Thank you so much. Any last words you want to leave with the audience?

Caleb Silver (3:24)

Well, we're on StubSac now. I started a new sub stack. It's called The Signal with Caleb Silver. We have one at Investopedia called Value Add. We're always trying to find new ways to connect with our audiences. And then I've been doing a lot of work as the Chief Business Editor of people across our brands. Just launched a brand new podcast called Mega Trends in Medicine, where we're looking at big trends like GLP ones and the ripple effects they have, not just to the medical community, because this is for health professionals, but down the line. So GLP ones is a great example. That's impacting everything from fashion to travel to the way doctors operate. We're having a lot less surgeries and knee surgeries and back surgeries, but it's also greatly impacted the adult beverage market and the food market in general. That's one of those things that just like it starts here, but then the ripple effects end up way down here and changes everything. So I'm watching that sector really closely right now. We're going to do a bunch of episodes on big trends like that called Mega Trends and Medicine.
