Undiscovered AI Trades

Everyone knows that NVIDIA and OpenAI are the center of the AI universe, with companies like Microsoft, Oracle, AMD, forming this tangled web of spending and building and investing in each other. And then there's the AI model war with XAI, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, all racing to power the next generation of intelligent systems. We have huge spending in data centers, over $800 billion announced just this year amongst Alphabet, Amazon, Meta, like all of them. Fun fact, I saw one report from an economist who said that if you take data centers out of the equation, the GDP growth that we saw in the first half of this year would have been zero. So really, AI is everything. Or as you might have heard from the very top, everything's computer. So who else wins in the AI revolution? We found a company whose earnings could double as AI demand ramps up. And we have a hot take on one of the stocks in the Mag-7 that we don't think Wall Street has fully appreciated as an AI play. Today on Dumb Money, we're revealing our trades in the undiscovered AI stocks hiding in plain sight.

Happy Friday. It's a big week in the market. Government is shut down. Open AI and AMD sent that AMD stock up 30%. The S&P and Dow both hit record highs at one point. And this morning, apparently, we needed to go all the way back down to levels we haven't seen since two weeks ago. Let's jump right into this.

I feel like a lot of investors have been in the same boat as us. They've been in the AI trade for a long time, and they're scouring the earth for something that's undiscovered. An AI trade that isn't, hasn't totally already been hyped yet, right? That is still somewhat reasonable. Guys, I've looked at everything from chips to ancillary kind of infrastructure components to stocks all around the world, energy. And I think through a friend of mine, I'm not going to name him, because he didn't give me permission to name him, but he has been so strong this last year, helping to kind of identify some of these AI trades before anyone else. He went really big into Bloom Energy, really, really big. He got me into Bloom Energy early. He also was the one that initially got, I'm sorry, I'm pulling my account up here, so I don't forget anything. Iron, you know Iron, the kind of the data center play, I think it was West Texas, it's like 6X in the last few months. Really early getting me into that trade. And he's been bugging me about this name for a while, and I finally did my due diligence. And I think we might have just found the biggest undiscovered AI trade in the world right now.
