We've all been there. You pop into the shop for five minutes, and all of a sudden, you've forgotten where you parked.
**Jed Meshew** (0:06)
Car, car.
**SPEAKER_1** (0:08)
Unfortunately, that lost feeling is what it's like trying to manage your policy with other insurers.
**Jed Meshew** (0:13)
Here, car, come out, come out wherever you are, please.
**SPEAKER_1** (0:17)
With Geico, you can use the app to easily manage all your policies in one place.
**Jed Meshew** (0:22)
Did this parking lot have a waterfall?
**SPEAKER_1** (0:24)
I think you've wandered too far, mate. It feels good to find what you're looking for.
**Jed Meshew** (0:29)
It feels good to Geico.

All right, everybody, those are the Victory Horns. You know them well. And they sound for the star boy, Manel Kape, who gets it done, stops Kyoji Horiguchi in the third round, and probably is about to fight, well, I'm not gonna say about to fight, but his next fight should be for the UFC Flyaway title, but Manel Kape's gonna have to do some waiting, obviously, for the Joshua Van, Alexandre Pantoja rematch winner. So it could be a minute before Manel Kape fights for the belts, but that is how UFC Vegas 119 came to an end. And we're here to talk about the highlights, the lowlights, if there were any, and it seemed like there were a couple, but all the things that you wanna talk about on tonight's Post-Fight Show, I am Mike Heck, and joining me is the man himself, Mr. No Gray Area, the one and only Jed Meshew, mmafighting.com. 3.5 on the facts score, Jed. Did this live up to the score?
**Jed Meshew** (2:28)
3.5 facts given, Mike. That is correct.
I don't quite know that it lived up to that.
It wasn't, look, I'll give a lot of credit to any card that's over by 1030, you know? Like we are for, especially with what we did last week, how late we were up on that, you know, it's just been like a busy, not a busy week, but a different kind of busy. It's like, this is the World Cup going on. So we are getting out of here really relatively early, which is nice. The main event was sick. We all knew it was. I really loved that fight. So I'm ending on a happy note there.
The rest of this card was imminently forgettable, Mike. Like that's, I think that we can just be honest and be like, yeah, any card the week after White House is not even a seven-day gap, right? Because White House was a Sunday. So six days after White House, you could have put UFC 300 on tonight. And that still would have felt like a downer, you know? But this card in particular was a one-fight card. That one fight was great. Some other stuff to talk about. Some other cool things happened here. You know, one and all bad, but especially the prelims, they didn't drag. But I just felt this overwhelming sense of meh. This was like, OK, that happened, next one. OK, that happened, next one. You know, it still was moving at an OK pace. But we're going to forget about everything on this card, except for Manel Kape, Starboy, he here.
**Mike Heck** (3:56)
Yeah. And it was a good win for him. I mean, it's just we saw Leon Shabazzian fight tonight, and it was just like, what are we doing here? Like, I mean, luckily, it was against Leivon Trekely, who is just an absolute demon in there. And we got a sick finish. But it's just like, why is he fighting in a UFC fight in 2026? Like, what are we seriously doing here?
It's crazy.
**Jed Meshew** (4:21)
That fight, I know that we talk about the declining stuff all the time. It's a common refrain here. And other people have said this. And like, I've probably even said some variation of that fight just shouldn't be happening in the UFC.
And all of that's true. Like, you know, I think the last time I remember doing it was there were two debuting heavyweights who were both like less than, had less than five fights. So, either earlier this year, maybe at the end of the last year, I don't remember. It's so forgettable. I was like, this is just, there's no reason for this to be here. But like, this was a crystallizing fight. As I watched it, I was like, why did this happen? Like why, why was Leon Shabazian, like that was embarrassing. Like that fight was embarrassing to have taken place in the UFC.
