That's right, everybody, the UFC in Serbia, Belgrade, to be specific for a UFC Fight Night event, at least over there, here in the United States and in North America and other parts of the world.
Come on in, little pup. It is early day MMA for the second week in a row, and we love that, the main event. Big one in the welterweight division, we got Uros Medic, who is on fire, three straight first round finishes, and he's taking on Daniel Rodriguez, who has gone through quite the road to get to this fight, also riding a three fight win streak. And we're here to talk about it for a little while. I am Mike Heck, and joining me is my best friend, usually the co-host, co-matchmaker, Prince of Positivity of on to the next one. Now he's here at the beginning of the Fight Weekend Festivities, the one and only Alexander K. Lee, AK. How are we doing, my friend?

Hello, my best friend. Hello. I'm doing very well now that you're here, now that we are going to talk about some fighting.
I'm probably a little more interested in this card than most, like as far as non-Serbian people go. I know I've seen some criticisms about this lineup. It is a lot of fights. We'll get to that. 14, usually, and again, I understand why they do this. Usually, one or two falls, fights fall out, and we end up with a dozen fights, which to me is still too many. But hey, good for all the fighters for making weight. No issues at the official weigh-ins. Fingers crossed between now and of course, fight morning, fight afternoon. None of the fights fall through. But yeah, we got a full card, Mike. My best friend, were you aware, do you know how many events we have in a row? How many weekends we have in a row with UFC events?
I don't know the exact number, but I didn't realize starting since UFC 329, so since since McGregor Holloway 2, July 11th.

Okay. I think, well, so I mean, our good pal, Guillermet, was telling me that someone on Brazil Play-By-Play said that they're booked solid through November 28th. I can't remember which events are reordered.

That's crazy, dude. That's like post. Is that post-Thursday? Okay. So we're on through Thanksgiving week. Is that what we're trying to say?

**Alexander K. Lee** (3:06)
No, this is unconfirmed. Maybe there's a weekend in there. All I see on Wikipedia and all I see, I think, is that the UFC is confirmed is up to October 24th. That's official. UFC 33, I think, is the last official date we have, unless I'm mistaken. Even then, I think that's 16 straight weeks between 329 and 333 I think. But if it's true, that it's going to be another month, yeah, it could be like 20, over 20 straight weekends of UFC events. I mean, how lucky we are. But also, buckle up, everybody. Buckle up. If you're complaining about the quality of some of these cards, you're going to be getting a lot more of that in the months to come.

I was going to say, we have to have Labor Day weekend off, but no, we don't because that's the Paris card. That's the weekend of UFC Paris.

**Alexander K. Lee** (3:50)
They don't care about that in Paris, Mike. They don't care about that in France.

**Mike Heck** (3:55)
The headquarters are in the good old US of A, so I thought maybe, but Dana can take vacations really anytime he wants, if we're being honest.
I mean, look, I'm not going to lie to the world. We're not going to be here for an hour or an hour and 30 We're just not. We're going to be here for 30 to 45 That's the plan here because one, we're a little shorthanded this week, and two, there's just not a lot of meat on the bone here. I don't think this is going to be a bad watch. I really don't. I think there's going to be some fun here. But if you're really looking at the line up here, this is for the people of Belgrade. This is a, hey, if you bought tickets, this is what we're giving you. This is not really about the, hey, if you're at home ready to watch some fights during the day, like we have stacked the deck for you. It's not like that and that's okay. Not every event is going to be like that. But interesting main event here, AK. 170 pounds. I don't see a world where this fight stinks. We are not looking at a Magomed Ankle. I have bogged on Guskov situation with these two guys. These two guys get after it. They get in battles. If you're Uros Medic, you finish fights relatively quickly.
