It's October 20th. This is New York Rangers News Today. Your AI-powered teen coverage. Alright, so the New York Rangers were back in action on Monday night, and they put an impressive stamp on the game, with a solid 5-2 win against the Ducks. They've been perfect at home this season, and it looks like Madison Square Garden is treating them pretty well.

Tye Kartye made a significant impact moving up to the second line. He started out on the fourth line, but it's quickly shown he belongs with the big guys.

Once he landed on that second line alongside JT. Miller and either Alexis Lafreniere or Pavel Dorafeyev, his game just took off. During the game on Monday, Karty stood out as one of the most impressive players. He racked up his fifth assist of the season, which helped Sean Dursey score the first goal. His five-on-five play has been remarkable, boasting an expected goals for percentage of 91 percent. That's the kind of number that gets you noticed.

Not only has Karty contributed offensively, but he's also been super effective in both ends of the ice. During his shifts, the expected goals for the team were projected at 1.32, while allowing just 0.13.

That's a significant improvement from what we've seen recently. So yeah, it's clear Karty has become a key component of this team's success. His growth and performance are definitely something to keep an eye on, as the Rangers aim to keep that momentum rolling in their upcoming games.
