Turtleboy, real name Aidan Kearney, built his reputation crashing the Karen Read prosecution in Massachusetts. Publishing documents, names and police connections, the legacy media refused to touch.

Now he has turned that same method on the Lindsay Clancy mistrial. 11 jurors voted to find Lindsay Clancy not criminally responsible for strangling her three children. One black man refused. The judge declared a mistrial. NBC 10 Boston then investigated only that holdout, flagging a dismissed domestic charge and a restraining order while leaving his name visible in court paperwork. Governor Ron DeSantis down in Florida called it a smear. Turtleboy went further. He published the jurors name, address, family details, finances, landlord and divorce records and said he tried calling him. Critics call it juror intimidation designed to warn the next jury. He calls it journalism. He says his interest in this case began with support for Patrick Clancy, the father left to bury three children. Today, Turtleboy, Aidan Kearney, someone that I consider a social media friend, someone that I love what he did in the Karen Read case, and someone that I cannot wait to talk to because he's going to join us directly and answer the questions why and what his motives are as it relates to the Lindsay Clancy case, his relationship with Patrick Clancy, what went on with Michael, the holdout juror. I'm excited to welcome Aidan Turtleboy back to the show.

Aidan, I'm going to just call you Turtleboy but everybody knows you by. Turtleboy, and you got this on your shirt.

What's going on with you? Whose side are you on in the Lindsay Clancy case?

Aidan Kearney (2:04)

I'm on Patrick Clancy's side. I mean, that's been my thing from the beginning is that when this first happened, you know, it's a local story. And I was just, you know, what happened, I went on their Facebook page and I saw all these pictures of Lindsay and Patrick with the kids. And they seem to be like the all American happy family. And she's a, she delivers babies, you know, at the hospital. She's a nurse. It's like, and immediately the first thing that comes to mind is no sane person would ever do this. Like something that was like, I don't know anything about psychology or anything like that. I'm not a doctor, but I was looking at this and I'm like, this isn't Susan Smith. This is clearly a woman who is in some sort of, like something took over her brain to make her do this. I have no medical background to back that up, but that's just what common sense tells me. And then a couple of days later, Patrick Clancy came out and said that basically the same thing I was thinking was that, you know, my wife isn't a monster. She's just somebody who got sick. Those are his exact words. And I was just kind of like blown away by his strength because he just lost everything and my heart goes out for him. Like he found, you know, his three kids dead. Like I can't even begin to imagine the trauma and pain that he's in. And so my whole stance on this from the beginning is I'm on whatever side Patrick Clancy is on. And Patrick Clancy does not seem to be pushing for her to go to jail for the rest of his life. Patrick Clancy honestly seemed like a defense-friendly witness for the prosecution. So whatever Patrick Clancy wants, that's what I want.

Jason Whitlock (3:31)

Why did you know Patrick Clancy? Why such an allegiance to Patrick Clancy?

Aidan Kearney (3:38)

Cause I identified with him as a father. You know, I have two kids too.

And you know, I just couldn't imagine something like that could happen and his strength just, you know, it was, I couldn't believe that somebody could do this to your kids and that you could still defend them, that you could still say, yeah, she's not a monster. She's somebody who got sick cause he loves her. You know, I'm sure it's very conflicting for him to be in this situation. That guy's getting, he's never going to be the same. All the therapists in the world aren't going to help that fix that guy and his problems. So I guess I just identified with him as a father.

Jason Whitlock (4:11)

And I'm not trying to be flipping, but you know, I'm trying to be real. People love Charles Manson. People love Jim Jones over in Guyana and they took their own lives in Guyana. People killed at the request of Charles Manson. We can love bad people that need to be put down, put away for life.

Patrick Clancy, he might need some mental health, help loving a woman that killed three kids, particularly in the manner in which it was done. It is possible to love bad people who need to be in prison. You would not agree with that, Turtleboy?
