Kepler, one of the firms that watches every ship on the water, now estimates close to 13 million barrels a day coming out of the Gulf. That's far more than anybody else expected.

Remember, they were saying nothing is coming through the Gulf. Most of it is moving dark. Transponders are off, shuttle runs, oil pumped from one tanker to another in open water, etc. The New York Times is reporting that Iran's leaders are worried their grip on the strait is slipping.
