This piece is my recital, I think it's very vital. Let's listen to The Hammer and Nigel Show. That's right, my name is Nigel Jason Hammer right over there with a very special guest on the hotline.

If you are a fan of the Tony Kinnett cast, which happens at 7 p.m. every damn night, right after our program, get ready for some bonus tonus as Tony Kinnett. Joins us from the Daily Signal, my friend, how are you?
**Tony Kinnett** (0:34)
Gentlemen, I am not in hell, excuse me, New York, so I'm feeling fantastic. I got out of there just in time. And I mean, because now you're required to show papers to leave the city and you have to wait in bread lines to get your airplane ticket, you know, your normal communist things.
**Hammer** (0:50)
Hey, before we get into exactly what happened in New York last night, let's go back just a little bit to this past weekend here in Indiana.
The GOP Convention and nerds statewide. And I say that with all due respect because we're in this category. Nerds statewide were watching closely the Secretary of State race. What did you think of, one, the convention as a whole, and two, the fact the incumbent, Diego Morales, finished a very distant third?
**Tony Kinnett** (1:25)
Number one, LOL, straight into my veins. I really enjoyed watching people say, it's not going to happen. Oh, it's never going to see any of this nonsense. And then as Max was presented as a good candidate, everyone was like, sure, okay. And then there were people who tried to make this way more interesting than it was. And we know some of them, some of them are still our colleagues at WIBC who follow every single micro detail as though, oh boy, everyone loves watching the Indiana Secretary of State's race.
I kind of scrolled through it on Twitter once while grabbing a cider and enjoying the Saturday. I know that a lot of Hoosiers did that and I'll scroll through it. All right, fine. And then yeah, Diego Morales lost. I mean, again, I'm not as much a local politics guy as the rest of you guys are. I do think it's funny that Destiny Wells tried to run a victory lap said, I heard Diego's having a bad day.
Girl, you lost to that man in an election and lost in every other race you've run. Sit down.
**Hammer** (2:20)
Yeah, you don't see the Cleveland Browns talking smack to the Seattle Seahawks. That's kind of like how it works. But with Destiny, who's Indiana's Beto, you get that.
**Nigel** (2:32)
How much of a chance do Democrats have with Bo Bide? Do you see a pathway to an election win for him?
**Tony Kinnett** (2:40)
No, the Indiana polling so far that exists just shows that people think he's skeezy. I mean, he was immediately labeled accurately. So it's actually the fastest the Indiana Republican Party has ever moved. Usually, they move like a cripple on Jaritol. Like it's really slow. It's like, yeah, I think I know you like that.
But in this case, the DND GOP said, this guy's from DC, there's nothing Hoosier about him. All of his donors either come from California or Northern Virginia area codes. How about no?
And I just don't think he has anything to offer. He doesn't even have that Jezebel spirit from the last election.
**Nigel** (3:13)
He's got a lot of money to offer, doesn't he? Sure.
**Tony Kinnett** (3:16)
And again, if he thinks that is going to convince a senior voter in Indiana to not vote a straight red Republican ticket, he's on crack.
**Hammer** (3:24)
Does Greg Ballard's name move the needle in a way that hurts the Republicans though?
**Tony Kinnett** (3:30)
Who?
**Hammer** (3:31)
Okay, that's what I thought.
**Nigel** (3:33)
Yep.
**Tony Kinnett** (3:35)
Oh, he's such a serious cat. Greg Ballard is going to move the needle. I've heard that one before. Oh, okay.
**Hammer** (3:42)
I set the over under on percent of the vote he gets, Tony, at eight and a half.
**Tony Kinnett** (3:47)
Honey, sweetie baby, it is almost July and you're talking about collecting signatures. This is like showing up for the race a week late. My goodness. That just that it's a lot of desperate pearl clutching from people who thinks the sun revolves around their take on Indiana politics.
**Hammer** (4:04)
Speaking with Tony Kinnett of the Tony Kinnett cast coming on after our program at 7 o'clock here on WIBC.
So it was a big night for anti-American rhetoric last night. Mamdami, his candidates basically had a sweep of New York. What does this mean, if anything, Tony, for the rest of the country? Because I'm seeing a lot of pearl clutching, as you would say, from some Republicans saying, our democracy, our republic is in danger. Socialists are winning these elections. We've got to get out and show out in the midterms. I don't know if I buy that.
