Chronic migraine, 15 or more headache days a month, each lasting four hours or more, can make me feel like a spectator in my own life.

**SPEAKER_3** (0:36)
Botox, Anabotulinum toxin A prevents headaches in adults with chronic migraine. It's not for those with 14 or fewer headache days a month. It's the number one prescribed branded chronic migraine preventive treatment.

**SPEAKER_4** (0:47)
Prescription Botox is injected by your doctor.

**Zachary Rubin** (0:50)
Effects of Botox may spread hours to weeks after injection causing serious symptoms. Alert your doctor right away as difficulty swallowing, speaking, breathing, eye problems, muscle weakness can be signs of a life-threatening condition. Patients with these conditions before injection are at highest risk. Side effects may include allergic reactions, neck and injection site pain, fatigue, and headache. Allergic reactions can include rash, welts, asthma symptoms, and dizziness. Don't receive Botox if there's a skin infection. Tell your doctor your medical history, muscle or nerve conditions, including ALS, Lou Gehrig's disease, myasthenia gravis or Lambert-Eaton syndrome, and medications including botulinum toxins as these may increase the risk of serious side effects.

Coming up today, things are getting very weird very quickly. Donald Trump is trying to change the rules for mail in voting right before the midterms, but we now have state officials essentially telling him absolutely not. And one said over my dead body.
Meanwhile, something sort of mysterious is happening inside of Secret Service, where three officials have suddenly been marched out. They had their security clearances suspended. Their devices were seized and we're trying to figure out what's going on. Now over at Fox News, Laura Ingraham seems very worried about November, while another Fox host cuts off a guest to discover afterwards that the guest was right. And Trump is now giving interviews where he can barely get through a thought. He's confusing gallons with barrels and talking about getting rid of meat inspection. And it is all coming in this in the middle of this bizarre campaign against Lake Ontario, Trump versus a lake. Plus, Dr. Zach Rubin will join me. We've got a show today.
All right. We talked yesterday about Donald Trump trying to impose these outrageous new restrictions on mail in voting just a few weeks before the midterm elections. And there was some bad news. A federal judge cleared the way at least for now for the Trump administration to move forward. But I am here to remind you, as I said yesterday, this thing is absolutely not over. Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays just, for example, is suing to stop Trump's new restrictions. And she was asked about this new rule and gave about his direct an answer as you can possibly give. The phrase over my dead body was part of her answer. Take a listen to this.

**Kris Mayes** (3:50)
And if it does, do you have any sense of how many Arizonans might not get early ballots delivered?

**SPEAKER_9** (3:56)
Well, what I would say is over my dead body is that rule going to go into effect. We are going to fight this tooth and nail in the courts. And I've got the best Solicitor General in the country standing right there who is going to make sure, along with the other Attorneys General who are fighting this case, I think 25 states signed on to this lawsuit this morning. But yeah, I mean, you're right. There is so there is a second injunction, but that would be second injunction is on the executive order. What the Supreme Court actually did is they they ruled that that our first lawsuit was not right.
And now it is right. So you know, it became right.
