I like that. So you wrote a recent piece for The Handbasket, and we are so thrilled to have you back.

Well, we knew that Graham Platner was horrible for quite a while for many different reasons, whether it was the Reddit posts or the Nazi tattoo.
I can't believe that I'm putting all of these words together in one sentence. But I think that you made some really profound points in your piece for The Handbasket, which was called We Didn't Need a Rape Accusation to Know Graham Platner was unfit. Can you talk us a little bit through what got you there?

**Marisa Kabas** (3:52)
Sure. So I've been keeping the Platner story at arm's length for a while.
Until now, that is, I saw his big announcement last year, and he was being touted as this progressive savior, and I watched some of the videos that he did. And to be honest, it never quite clicked for me. I wasn't really quite sure what people were seeing. But I guess even with the Nazi tattoo thing that was already last October and the Reddit posts, I guess I was sort of of the mind, let the main voters decide.
