So, I eat in a six-hour window. It's called the 18-6 rule, you ever heard of that? So, for 18 hours out of 24 hours, you fast.
SPEAKER_2 (0:07)
So, it's like intermittent fasting.
SPEAKER_1 (0:08)
Intermittent fasting. Now, of course, out of that 18 hours, eight of those hours, you sleep anyway. You know what I'm saying? That's why they call it fasted asleep. And then for the remaining 10, you just purposely focusing on that fast, but you're not really tripping off of it if you busy like us or you in your purpose on purpose. Sometimes I forget to eat because I'm so busy.
And I'm pretty sure y'all probably do that a lot too. So when you're doing it like that, you notice that you lose weight, you notice that your body start responding to food and workouts faster, your energy increases. So 12 o'clock, break your fast with your biggest meal, snack all the way to six, six have your last meal, and then always do a 15 to 20 minute walk after each meal just to aid digestion.
SPEAKER_2 (0:50)
I didn't even tell you this. When we had you on Blackout, after that, I started to actually implement some things I lost 15 pounds from changing one meal a day, really, and I started to walk.
SPEAKER_1 (1:04)
Yeah, see? And man, it aids your digestion system so much. So what we do is, I tell all of my clients that come to my facility, do 10 to 15 minutes after they eat, but I do 30 minutes before I eat, I walk for 10 minutes, and then after I eat, I do 20 to 25 minute walk. And I ain't walking fast or nothing, I'm just walking, man. Soon as you done, you'll go straight to the bathroom.
SPEAKER_2 (1:24)
Why is that so hard for people? Because even it's like, what's that drug that became really popular that all the celebrities was taking?
SPEAKER_1 (1:30)
You talking about that Ozempic?
SPEAKER_2 (1:31)
Ozempic.
SPEAKER_1 (1:32)
Man, you know, people thought I was on Ozempic, man.
SPEAKER_2 (1:34)
Yeah, so that's-
SPEAKER_1 (1:35)
Man, it hurt my heart. I'm like, me on Ozempic? They say, he on that O-Pak.
SPEAKER_3 (1:40)
I'm like, what's that O-Pak? The O-Pak.
SPEAKER_2 (1:42)
So like, from what I was told, it doesn't, you stop eating so much, right?
SPEAKER_1 (1:47)
Yeah.
SPEAKER_2 (1:47)
And even back, remember, they was like tying people's stomachs up.
SPEAKER_1 (1:50)
Yeah, yeah, yeah. A lot of people still getting that too.
SPEAKER_2 (1:52)
The stomach?
SPEAKER_1 (1:52)
Yep, the gastric bypass. Yep, the gastric bypass.
SPEAKER_2 (1:55)
And I don't want to be insensitive, because I understand that everybody's body is different. But for me, I was always thinking, why don't you just stop eating or start eating less?
SPEAKER_1 (2:06)
Yeah.
SPEAKER_2 (2:07)
Because people that are starving, they scream cases, right? When you're starving, you're skinny. So it's like, I've never seen a person that was starving that was fat. So it's like, you don't want to starve yourself. But I just never understood why that wasn't a light bulb moment where you're like, just eat less food and you'll lose weight. It's not really rocket science.
SPEAKER_1 (2:27)
And the benefits of fasting is amazing, man. Autophagy is something else, man. It's literally, auto stands for self. Fagy means eating. It's literally when the cells go through and start breaking down all the stuff that they need, getting rid of all of the fats, burning the fats as ketones, which you're not even using glucose no more. You're using ketones because all your glucose storage is gone. And man, your body literally starts consuming itself from all the bad stuff that you ain't supposed to be there. I mean, visceral fat leave, you start using all that ketone energy. You just feel good, man. Blood circulation increases and it all by fasting. Fasting is amazing, man. I just think everybody do it. And then, you know, everybody do it anyway. You just doing it while you sleep.
SPEAKER_2 (3:10)
While you sleep. So how many times, what's the fat, like, talk about fasting.
There's intimate fasting.
SPEAKER_1 (3:18)
Right, so you got, so let's start it off with the food first, because even your food is a fast now, because what we eating, if you stop eating meat for three days, if you eat meat every day, that's a fast. So you have, if we gonna go to our highest one, you have liquidarianism, or breatharianism, where people just breathe.
SPEAKER_2 (3:41)
Not eating or drinking anything.
SPEAKER_1 (3:42)
Not eating or drinking anything. So you got breatharianism, breatharianism go into liquidarianism, liquidarianism go into frugivores or fruitarianism, frugivores go into your vegetables, where you literally just a herbivore, you on nothing but vegetables and stuff like that. Then you go into vegan, hate to say the word vegan, so I'm gonna say plant-based, because I was a vegan and I was a fat vegan, show you that veganism is not a really healthy movement, unless you eating the right things. Then you go from that to vegetarianism.
