It's wrong to call it recommendations because what they're doing is you set all the things you care about for performance, like how should a director perform, and then it just gives you a list of, well, then you wanna vote for this person and against this person because they meet your criteria.

I don't know what you're gonna think about these stories. It was a little bit of trouble. Actually, let's start with a Freeflow Analytics plug. Well, really, it's the new platform with this story. The story is, we faltered. IBM stock collapses after a grave warning about AI. I picked this story because it's one of these rare instances where the CEO actually admitted, the board kind of admitted that they kind of didn't know what they were doing.
So they admitted that their customers are prioritizing AI hardware, while IBM is sort of still stuck in selling software, which I think they would have cut up. If they had just followed the news feed on Freeflow Analytics, they would know that that was a bad idea. But it got me here. It got me to go to the IBMs. Again, unless you have beta access, which you can ask for, only I can see this right now in the platform. But the platform, what it does, one of the things it does that I love is it has a background knowledge table right at the front.
